Marc, most of us are slowly going mental mate. Open up to your pals and you'll see that so many people are going through this.
My uncle is the most placid bloke you could meet and it really amazed me that he was thinking the same things you are going through after catching Covid. He is literally the last person I would have thought could have those thoughts.

Yeh, keep the faith and don’t do anything stupid. You’ll be back on your feet before you know it. Just focus on the most important things i.e. your family. Bring the east end values back out and never give up. Everyone’s backing ya.
