We've had a couple of seasons of relatively good luck with injuries but the curse seems to be back this season.

Can see the talent in his passing but needs to adapt to not being able to dwell on the ball and if he is challenged its not going to be an automatic free kick (ie he isnt Harry Kane).
That said I might wait til he has played a full 90 mins and he has got his head around being told not to attack for the first 60-70 mins.
Cant imagine he has heard that from the Brazil team manager at any point

He seems to have the body language of someone playing in a testimonial. Let's see how he goes over the next games before the world cup, I seriously hope we don't have another Haller/Anderson situation on our hands.

I haven't seen much of Paqueta, but have been seriously unimpressed with what I have seen. Depressingly slow of thought, doesn't tackle and easily knocked off the ball. Too one-footed by half, and too one-paced. And if he's going to get easily injured as well....!

Don't worry. His one assist and taking the ball out the air cross legged is the highlight of his time with us so I am sure we'll cope.

He obviously needs a bit of patience before we see his best, and that might never happen if his settling in is continuously disrupted by injury.
