Re: Burton Albion vs West Ham | FA Cup | 12.2.26 | Predictions & Match Thread
Kilman was his usual nervous, timid self against shit opposition. I would feel sorry him, but he cost £40m+ and picks up an obscene wage for someone scared of his own shadow. Taty was more his 38 minutes than Wilson in his 110. He is far from perfect, but his mobility and movement is exactly why he...

How embarrassing from the ref. Changing his mind on some League One cloggers demanding it. That gets overturned and that lemon ref gets a ticking off from his bosses. Idiot.

I don’t think Traore is even good at what he’s meant to be good at. Running fast, bulldozing his way through people. He’s shit. As I’ve always thought.

Cor this is drab. Some of these fringe players just aren’t good enough. Magassa after some early promise I’m really not sure about.

Re: West Ham vs Man Utd | PL | 10.2.26 | Predictions & Match Thread
Those last 5 games make you wonder what on earth happened in those Christmas fixtures and Wolves. Is it just a new coach? Or just having Argie running tirelessly up front? Too little too late, maybe. I’ve long thought that shocking offside decision vs Forest is going to be pivotal. But greenshoots...

Re: Burnley vs West Ham | PL | 7.2.25 | Predictions & Match Thread
Probably unpopular but Wilson yesterday for me showed why he should be the one coming on, not starting. He doesn’t have the legs anymore for a starting role. Let Pablo and Taty tire defenders with constant running and bring Wilson on for 30 minutes when it’s easier to find space.

Re: Burnley vs West Ham | PL | 7.2.25 | Predictions & Match Thread
I was critical of the keeper change, but in fairness, he is a very composed keeper despite his previous form. Fair play to him. Still looks a bit small but will probably make less errors than Areola even if he doesn’t make as many unexpected world class saves. Fernandes is absolutely class. He’s th...

Utterly bizarre again, bringing Hermansen in. Areola isn’t perfect but is guaranteed to make a worldy a game.

Re: Chelsea vs West Ham | PL | 31.1.26 | Predictions & Match Thread
Start your best Premier League Striker if we want any chance of staying up. We continue to make it needlessly harder for ourselves this season. 4 Premier League games and neither of the new Strikers have a single goal or assist between them and they did not come cheap. Sure they work hard, but that...

Re: Chelsea vs West Ham | PL | 31.1.26 | Predictions & Match Thread
When we took it to Chelsea 1st half with less Defenders at the back, what was the scoreline at Half Time by being so positive? Yeh because the other team and their manager are going to do nothing at HT and play exactly the same as they did in the first half and let us stroll about and score a ...

I’d have him out of the club tonight. When a bloke who works in an office can read a game better than someone who has been in the sport for 30 years, the game is up.
Hopefully Paco knocks him out in the debrief just for bringing fucking Kilman on.

Every week this cսnt tries to undo his good work. For that he needs to fuck off. Changing tactics to sit off was braindead. Bringing on Kilman for our only outlet was braindead. Subbing Bowen was braindead. His in game management is fucking embarrassing.

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
The incorrect use of the offside law against Forest is looking pivotal and I can’t believe more noise hasn’t been made about it. 2-0 would likely have been game over, and that would be us on 23 and them on 19. The irony being they are the club that constantly make complaints to the Premier League o...

Re: Pablo- is he absolute gash?
He’s been poor so far, as a goal threat. Does work hard off the ball, granted. Let’s be honest, most of us wouldn’t have signed him. We’d have been better off signing one proven £40m striker than two unproven £20+m types (and keeping Wilson, of course). But he’s one of us now - it’s a big step up f...

Re: West Ham vs Sunderland | PL | 24.1.26 | Predictions and Match Thread
How the fuck did that goal get disallowed at the end? Soucek was pushed into the keeper by the Sunderland defender 🤷♂️ I was sitting directly opposite that; I thought the ref was disputing whether the ball had gone over the goal line. or not. I know it is an automated signal that the ref gets if t...

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
I think our fixtures are tricky enough that it’s only really Forest that we can realistically get by, and of they beat Brentford today, even that continues to look a tall order, but plenty of points on offer still. The caveat is we are West Ham, and we always seem to have a habit of winning when no...

Re: Mateus Fernandes
Quality player. If we stay up and get decent players around him we will progress. However we will struggle to hold on to him. one mental thing is that if we go down despite how good he is an how 40 mill looks like a good price now, we will unbelievably lose money on even him as well. I think ...

Re: Pablo- is he absolute gash?
He’s got me stumped. He puts in so much effort and runs all day and makes us a lot better off the ball as well as trying hard when we have it, harasses defenders and tires the opposition out to give a good opportunity for Wilson to come on. I like him. We are better when he’s playing… BUT he seems ...

Was typing this before the goal, but I had little idea what Fernandes was about before we signed him so did the usual watching of youtube, and I said having watched that he doesn’t look like a ten which I think people thought, but instead the closest to Rice since he went. Seems exactly that to me, ...

Re: Callum Wilson’s West Ham contract terminated?? - Ex says it's not true
He just needs to be convinced to stay as a supersub, if his ego will allow it. He just doesn’t have the legs for more than about 55 minutes, but he is such an intelligent forward that he’s an asset for that last 30 from the bench. I think Pablo will be a steady player. He holds the ball up well and...
