Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread

Surely if we were to be bringing in a goalie, it would have been done by now.

Sorry, forgot, this is WHUFC, where players take a few months to get used to the Premiership.

Re: Paqueta - Latest news

Is this issue referring to when he handed over his phone, they checked it, gave it back, he then got rid of the phone, they asked for it again.

Re: New Kits

I think the 3rd looks fine.
The green logo on the sleeve however looks gash on all 3.
If that logo was say, smaller, or the same colour as the badge, then that would be acceptable.

Re: Who is the worst owner/chairman of West Ham in the last 50 years and why?

Hard to say who was (is) the worst. Different eras etc. You could say the owners of WHU at the time of winning the World Cup. Winning the FA Cup in 64, EWC in 65, WC in 66 (with 3 WHU players playing a major part in us winning), then nothing until the FA Cup in 75. Where was the investment then? Hav...

1. Chelsea
2. Liverpool
3. Arsenal

Us? Mid table, 10th. Sullivan will call this a success.

Re: Notting Hill Carnival

Went several times, many years back. Good times, but trying to get out of the area was a nightmare.

Due to cost and crime, should now be an all ticket event in Hyde Park.

Kits don't look too bad without the Boyle Logo.
Still don't like that green circle on the arm.

If you don't like the new kit, its only for a season.

Where's the 3rd kit?

I really couldn't care less about Kudos going to Spurs, he is now their problem. Especially when they bomb out of the Champions League in the early stages and a mid table finish, he will no doubt want to move on again.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread

I don't take what Noble says seriously.
He is a one club player and knows only West Ham.
I would take him seriously if he had the experience of playing for the top clubs in the UK and Europe.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread

Even though you could see the players working as team, the rot was setting in when Moyes was in charge. His admittance of preferring to work with a small squad when in Europe and obviously the Premiership, baffled me.  I will never forget that time when Sullivan went on Talksport shortly after the w...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread

In reality, having finished near the bottom of the Premiership, not being a team known for constant European football and winning trophies over the years (for example Spurs and Man U), do any of us think we are going to get in any top quality players?

Re: Potter Out

Potter is not entirely to blame here. Its previous management, the owners, directors and the players. They all need to be accountable for the current situation. It stinks from top to bottom. At the time of Potter going to Chelsea, I was scratching my head as to why they wanted him and more the point...
