Re: Tony Bloom, Brighton and their recruitment model
My only concern with Brighton is that Mr Bloom has basically given them 3/4 hundred million without wanting anything back, rather different to Mr Sullivan I believe, but without these gifts,or whatever legal word is appropriate, could Brighton have achieved what they.

Re: West Ham vs Arsenal | League | 30.11.24 | Official Match Thread
Amazing how many times Antonio loses possession or is bundled off the ball when all we want him to do is hold it up and then make a simple sideways or backwards pass to a team mate, thus we keep the ball and can then progress forwards, in fact I got fed up of watching him playing deeper then such as...

Re: West Ham vs Arsenal | League | 30.11.24 | Official Match Thread
Suspicion over the length of time from Fab “supposedly” punching Gabriel to Taylor giving the penalty, almost make one think he was receiving instructions through his ear piece.

Re: West Ham vs Arsenal | League | 30.11.24 | Official Match Thread
Did Fab actually make contact with his head,or is Taylor ensuring Arsenal are still in the chasers, the way we’re playing they don’t need any help.

Re: West Ham vs Arsenal | League | 30.11.24 | Official Match Thread
Goose, spot on there, Antonio finished up 5 yards away from the man he was marking, bloody Gabriel who had a free header, what good is Antonio, useless up front, cannot do the basics like controlling a ball or passing to a team mate and now shown he’s no good as a defender as well.

Re: NFL (since 2016)
Why don’t any of the teams have sponsorship on their shirts, as the premiership, surely there’s additional millions available to the clubs?
Re: Delap
We don’t need to be spending good money on these untried twenty year olds, Antonio still got at least another 2/3 seasons in him and when Fulkrig gets fit next April we’ll be banging the goals in.

Re: NFL (since 2016)
Just a general question, when a yellow flag is throw for a foul, infringement etc, has the offending players/ coaches ever acted like a 3 year old kids, as in football, because to me it seems everybody just accepts the refs decision and gets on with it.

The way boxing is nowadays Tyson will be clamouring for a rematch, it’s only one step up from the pantomime that wrestling is.

Re: Greece v England
Refs a bit whistle happy, every fall over ( usually the Greeks) gets a free kick, thought the refs we’re supposed to let the game flow more.

Thank God for Wolves, Southampton and Ipswich, otherwise relegation would be on the cards. Are we waiting for Fulkrig before we have a centre forward.

Whichever system is applied, it’s always better to be one of the few at the top then one of the many.

Re: A Change in Morning Routine
I walk our dog across some fields near us and never take my phone, the current Mrs Gaffer complains about it but I tell her it’s just me and the dog no interruptions. As for the dump, mine are still nice and firm.

Is it worth appealing the sending off, Man U’s Fernandez got his rescinded a couple of weeks back, oh wait, it’s different when it’s a “ big 6” club.

Re: Trade Unions
Being from a steel works where unions were very strong, I enquired about a branch meeting to see how things were discussed, work mates said not to bother as there’s usually only the committee and about 3 members present, who were very militant and gobby, so I can see why some dickheads make their wa...

Pleased to see Henderson in goal, at least he’ll be calm, not sure what Trent is in the team as a full back, his defensive attributes are basically non existent.

Re: The International Break
People are saying “England stars get beaton” but who are these “English stars”, English players look good in the premiership because they have foreigners around them, once these stars are together we can see just how good they really are.
