If it was a women he probably would have shouted "cսnt" or "whore" as that's how it works. It's not random, it is specific

We have a lad who trains at our gym, he has terrible tourettes, when we run, he shouts (well we find it hilarious) awful words at people as we run past them. He can't help it at all and the more nervous he gets the worse it gets. He also has the ticks and jumps as well.

It's Tourettes, nothing more to it than that. His condition specifically is so well documented throughout his life that he even has a long history to back it up. The fact the medical profession corroborates this as well makes it all the more laughable to suggest otherwise.

That's not correct, they don't shout random words, those that suffer with that type of tourettes (not the tick type) shout offensive words, words they shouldn't say.
