Re: Niclas Füllkrug Subbed

He would benefit a lot from playing with Summerville I think, he's not had someone to drag players around and create space before as much as he does, I also feel as soon as he gets one he'll start a nice run. I like him, dont have a problem with being vocal about the team, I'm sure he's shouting at ...

Re: Welcome Mateus Fernandes

If we identified him before at £12m....... Surely if we are skint we are better off going to identify the next one for £12m instead of paying over 3 times as much for this guy a year later after a shocking season?  1) that was he was premier league proven- have a peek at any saints forum you will s...

as far as I can see no one's done that, they've just been used to refute the silly theory no player can have a good season playing in the middle for a shit team

Re: Welcome Mateus Fernandes

Really? 🤨 Yes really, answer the question what makes you think he had a shocking season?  He played virtually every game at the heartbeat of the worst prem team ever.      so did Carrick and Sinclair for us in 2003, along with Defoe up front with 11 goals, playing every game for a relegated team do...

I'd have Jose, if we're going to have a moody manager that plays boring defensive football it might as well be him

Some no name in a sunday league player, better than any professional I've seen, no one could get the ball off him all game, god knows what he was doing playing down there Every now and then you see that, probably extreme versions of a Ravel Morrison type, had all the talent but no desire to put the...

A lot of it is hard to avoid, this wasn't.  Very true, but it was an opportunity to ask what their issue is without spamming up a thread and encouraging them to reply on something that has it's own subject. There's already been two attempts to give them a thread of their own to carry on their thing...

You seem interested enough to open it, read some then reply...  Don't know if you've noticed but it's almost impossible to avoid at this stage, yes you can just ignore and move on, like anything that irks you in life, you could also ignore the twat on the bus playing obnoxious loud music and gobbin...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread

It's almost August and I for one can't wait to see that same brilliant team that would have finished 16th were it not for beating an already-relegated Ipswich, but augmented by Southampton's amazing relegated full-back who all the giants like Besiktas wanted. Oh yes.     I don't understand this cli...

Re: Kyle Walker-Peters signs

Probably essential we padded out the full back positions seeing as both of our starters are pissing off for the african cup. I'd have been worried if we signed him as a first teamer.  Hopefully he's not too expensive with the wages. I reckon he will start for us, remember he can play both sides. ov...
