Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread

We’ve won our last two games by playing a dynamic skilful midfield that we already had and most knew was possible.

we need a striker.

we need to sort out the poor defence under pressure.

Re: Tim nice but dim pulls plug on Beeb career

The BBC is nothing but a cesspit of leftist, wokeist and liberalist fundamentalists hiding in plain sight. An organisation stuffed so full of PC, diverse and multi-cultural ideaology that its fit to burst. I hope Trump puts the pin in and we can watch it explode on itself.  They merely signal their...

Re: Tim nice but dim pulls plug on Beeb career

The BBC is a way of moving your money to talent and the bureaucracy. They worked this out about 70 years ago and managed to do it better and better.

If you like it fair play but the only way it functions is by threatening you with fines and jail. Not exactly a market forces type organisation.

Re: West Ham vs Burnley | PL | 8.11.25 | Prediction and Match Thread

Good to see we now have options in midfield with a slightly left field option up front even if he has regularly been one of our top goal scorers.

Re: Kidney Stones

Drink lots of water.  I had one 30 years ago and went straight to hospital where they gave me morpheme or something similar. I was hooked. The pain disappeared. Luckily I passed the stone the next day.  the doctor recommended I had a couple of pints of beer a day so have followed his advice since an...

Its one of those where you say " we won and got the points we need" and move on as it gets a lot harder for the next few games.

Re: Cloud Storage

Not sure why anyone would need to keep 15 TB of music and films, unless they are your own work you are archiving.

I’d keep, say, 1 TB of the most favourite stuff and then just keep the old disks.

Tiring players, protecting what you have, restricting them to one shot, getting another goal that could have been two?
