When he was a first team regular at Palace my old boss, a Palace fan,at the time said he was decent. Had a lot of injury problems later on and never really recovered. Still played nigh on 400 senior games so not a bad career at all.

Soler needs to play deeper than previously tried. Evan needs to start or with Fulkrug on his way back he may not get another chance. But the time to do so this was home to Newcastle. The setup he used in that game might suit this one better despite how boring is going to be.

Got to remember too that our main problem was leaking (multiple) goals and not keeping clean sheets, so two in a row is not too be sniffed at.
