Re: Potter Out
Ok, I think we are mixing what we want to happen with the actual reality of the situation. If it was up to me I'd want us to sack Potter and get in one of the best up and coming coaches in Europe and pay almost whatever it takes to prise them out of their current club in the summer. Not going to hap...

Re: Potter Out
Absolutely pointless binning Potter. We'd only get Cooper or Gary O'Reilly in to replace them. The problem is the people picking the managers and running the club (into the ground). So you are happy to entrust our transfer chest with Potter? Not particularly, you're asking as if I have a choice....

It's difficult to comprehend the changes made today, that completely turned the match out of our favour, at home, against one of the worst Premier league sides in history, the manager didn't have the balls or the faith in his players needed to kill the game. Utterly fucking deflating.

I thought had it been anyone else going down there it'd have been given.
Refs, just like everyone else know all too well Paquetas antics. He's a victim of his own theatrics.

Can't understand why no free kick for the blatant push on Fulkrug. Whilst challenging for the ball fair enough but the ball had barely left Macallister's boot.
Home game for Liverpool = different rules.

Re: James Tomkins retires
When he was a first team regular at Palace my old boss, a Palace fan,at the time said he was decent. Had a lot of injury problems later on and never really recovered. Still played nigh on 400 senior games so not a bad career at all.

Potter obviously doesn't fancy Ferguson whatsoever. I know we scored as he was about to come on and that curtailed it but even so. We are crying out for some presence up front.
Hopefully Fulcrock will be back soon he certainly looks a lot more self assured.

That's the frustrating thing about big tom.
He seems to score in the games he does the least in in terms of possession.
It's actually a really good survival tactic on his behalf.

Soler needs to play deeper than previously tried. Evan needs to start or with Fulkrug on his way back he may not get another chance. But the time to do so this was home to Newcastle. The setup he used in that game might suit this one better despite how boring is going to be.

Re: West Ham v Leicester – Instant Reaction: Positives & Negatives
Got to remember too that our main problem was leaking (multiple) goals and not keeping clean sheets, so two in a row is not too be sniffed at. We'd been smashed by arsenal and lost to the same poor Leicester team not that long ago under Loppy. I could get used to this not having enough room to sail ...

Surely you've got to treat Trump with kid gloves however distasteful you think it is? Going on about "security guarantees" was a big mistake. Trump clearly wanted to avoid the subject on live tv. It made me laugh when Trump was asked about the Baltic nations and he fobbed it off because he...

Re: West Ham vs Leicester City | 27.2.25 | League | Predictions & Match Thread
In a season as poor as this one has been at times I'll take that win and performance all night long. Lop would've set us up to Leicester's (or any team for that matter) strengths, Moyes would've huffed and puffed and if we were lucky we'd have seen out the remaining minutes nervously clinging on. It...

Re: Ward Prowse on his way back
What he lacks a bit in open play creativity, he makes up for in keeping it simple, knowing where to be to receive a pass, keeping momentum with quick simple passes, not constantly over elaborating or showboating, giving the ball away in dangerous areas then pretending to have been fouled and laying ...

Leicester by far the worst team we've seen at home for a long time, even the most limited of teams know you can cause us trouble at home but Leicester were so timid.
As for Ferguson's chance. The way he tried to take it made him look either very one footed or low on confidence.

what a horrible shit that Arteta is. Did anybody notice him pretend to hand the ball to a West Ham player then drop it? He was a petulant cսnt as a player and he has instilled a lot of black arts in his team. Take that you cheating arsehole. You've got to wonder how long arsenal are going to pu...
