Watched the Germany Italy u21s yesterday.
Best player was Nick Woltemade. 6 ft 5 inch forward but surprisingly quick and agile. Bit of an Isak about him.
Had a decent season at Stuttgart.
Would be a great signing. Apparently Moyes wants him at Everton.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread
If it’s true that we are touting Kudus to clubs rather than waiting for an approach then we won’t get close to the asking price. Will end up being something like 50m.

Antonio is lucky to be alive. The fact a premier league club offered him a contract is a miracle.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread
Even Donnarumma would not have stopped Southampton from finishing bottom last year. Ramsdale made second most amount of saves in the league last year. Not surprising. Was joint top for penalties saved. Areola made 3 errors leading to goals last season. Only two keepers had 0 and Ramsdale was one of ...

Didn’t we sign Fabianski from relegated Swansea? Our best goalkeeper signing in recent years by a long stretch.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread
Was hoping we would go for him. As said he is not guaranteed a start at Chelsea.
Decent goal return for a poor Ipswich side. Only 22 and home grown.
30m. Similar to what we paid for Fullkrug.

Re: Tomas Soucek
I dont think we can afford to let Soucek go for 20m. That does not get you much these days. Although, I think Moyres would offer 20m and more to get him. He will likely be one of the first players to receive a bid but think we need to see how recruitment goes in midfield and attacking areas before w...

Obviously been told to say the right things not to jeopardize any transfer percentage. I will be over the moon with surprise if he starts the season in a west ham shirt. https://www.msn.com/en-gb/sport/football/jarrod-bowen-speaks-out-on-tottenham-rumours-and-his-west-ham-future/ar-AA1FvyKl?ocid=ms...

Undecided about whether selling Soucek is a good idea. rumours that paqueta and Alvarez want out. Surely they go first then? If they are adequately replaced then and only then would look to sell him. Have my doubts the club is capable of doing that in one window. Soler and Rodriguez signings were p...

Rashford their highest paid player. 70m Sancho, 80m Anthony all out on loan.
Had to move on one of their most talented players (Greenwood).
The club is even more of a mess than us!

Re: Europa League final
I think the problem with Man U and Tottenham and to a degree, us, is you MUDST have a core of British players who really care about the club and connect with the fans. Once it's just a bunch of mercenaries you will struggle. Yes, a local home grown player can be a mercenary too so the recruitment ...

Can you imagine him, Kilman and Mav in a back 3. Fucking hell. BLUNDERS.
He’s a West Ham player still so ofcourse will be spoken about.
you must be fuming today with Potter, the clean sheet and the FANTASTIC Soucek.

Re: Squad Building for 25/26
I thought Cresswell might stay another year but his only position now is on the left of a back 3. Guessing the intention is for Aguerd to come back and be a part of the team? supposedly had a very good season in Spain and is a good option for that position.

Re: Squad Building for 25/26
We can let more go than what we need to replace in some areas especially with no european football. Soucek, Prowse, Paqueta, Alvarez, Soler, Rodriquez and Irving. We could see up to 5 of them going with only a couple coming in plus maybe Potts being given the nod in the 1st team. Every other positi...

In Kudus defence. He spent half of last season and all of this season playing out of position. I think some of his form has alot to do with that. Him moving on would be good for all parties.

Re: Squad Building for 25/26
Feel the same way about Delap. Honest, gives 100% but not quick enough or technically gifted enough. Will have a decent career and could develop further but seems, at this stage, like one of those strikers who will be great in the Championship but struggle to really make an impact in the Premier L...

Re: Progress Under Potter. ?
I thought Downes at the weekend looked quicker, stronger and more robust than any of our midfield 3. Playing with a point to prove he looked like he had improved since we sold him. Not saying that it was the wrong decision to sell Downes but it did show how poor our CM position is currently. Potter ...

Re: Losing My Patience With Paqueta
I think the Liverpool game was the best we have seen him play for a while. Lets see if he can have one of his purple patches to finish off the season. May be spurned on by the chance of a big move and the dropping of these betting allegations. Too inconsistent to be a top top player but he would of ...

Villa had a real go yesterday. Place was rocking. Captained by Mguinn who i thought had a great game. Remember quite a few were against him coming here when Moyes wanted him. Annoying how far Villa have come since being in the championship only 5/6 years ago. In terms of the quality they have at th...
