Re: Nuno Out

Some are praising Crack Head for putting Potts and Fernandes in the team. Not me, Crack Head must be feeling a clown now and wondering why he left these two out. Didn't like his bench, 4 defensive midfielders and no striker on the bench when it's clear to see Wilson can't last 45 mins. Defensive sub...

Re: Alan Devonshire interview in the Telegraph

Jerico Same here. Moore was my hero as a kid. People ask me why I West Ham and it was because of him. But watching Dev and Brooking together was sublime. Had a better understanding than Torvill and Dean plus better to look at. Many a move never resulted in a goal but it didn't matteras the build up ...

Re: Paqueta - Latest news

He may have got his move to City but where he would have fitted in with Du Bruyne and Grealish having just had outstanding seasons. He would have to up his work rate, calmed himself down and his alround game. Any of his feigning injury and flaying arms would have seen him on the sidelines.

Re: West Ham U21s

Brilliant result for the U21's. No inverted full backs, solid defensive display without one of their best players. Resilient play.by all. 3 goals young Ajala back in form,Earthy great 45 mins with an assist and goal. Landers finding the net after a few games on the sidelines. Keep it up and maybe we ...

Re: West Ham U21s

Earthy not risked for 2nd half understanderbly.
Swindon hit back earlybut Landers strikes to give the youngsters and 2 goal lead.
However Swindon pressure is on and they hit back.
3-2 to WH.
Can they hold on, players may get tired, good subs at the right time maybe another one will be required I feel

Re: West Ham U21s

2-0 Earthy
Landers and Earthy combine , Earthy shoots and beats the keeper.
How much time Earthy will get could be crucial, hoping he can last as long as possible with no issues.
Looking good.

Re: West Ham U21s

1-0 Ajala with a great finish after some neat footwork, straight through the legs of the Swindon keeper. Earthy with an assist which will do him the world of good.

Re: Nuno Out

Crack Head has no logic about his selections apart from his first game. Kept it simple and even brought on Potts on the hour. We scored soon after and could have taken 3 points if he had then not had a spoonful keeping Fulkrug on until the 94th bleedin minute. He was fucked and this could have contr...

Re: As I said Sacking Potter wasn’t the answer

The thing is with Potter, he had a relatively good pre-season.
His best players were Fulkrug,Bowen,Potts,Fearon and Marshall. He then went on to use JWP,Rodirguez,Soucekand even Irving in midfield with a back 3 conceding to many goals. None of the youth who had played well.

I'll take Rogers over fucking Nuno crack head anyday.
Didn't really want him Spurs reject,he had one lucky season that ended throwing away a certain CL place, his last ten games have been shit with us and Forest.

Re: Nuno Out

Maverick As Carrick pointed out on MOTD. The top 4 of Summerville,Wilson,Paqueta,Bowenon paper is as good as any in the bottom half .We shouldn't be struggling so much with those 4. He looked totally perplexed as to why we are where we are despite having Sullivan as Chairman.Let's be straight here S...

Re: Leeds vs West Ham | PL | 24.10.25 | Predictions and Match Thread

Scorchio yes agree with most of that. Nuno should be sacked for losing those games in that way. The inverted full backs didn't have one inverted moment between them, baffling no 1 Iriving and Soucek are shot, that was obvious on Monday to repeat that again was a disaster,JWP must be thinking I could ...

Re: West Ham vs Brentford | PL | 20.10.25 | Predictions and Match Thread

Having thought about this a bit more. I'm going for a bit of a change especially in midfield. So Areola AWB Mavraponas Kilman Diuof Potts Soucek Bowen Paqueta Summerville Marshall. Soucek can block and stop the Brentford attacks pass to Potts who is quicker to pass it on and forward than Magassa or F...

Re: International Break Yawn Fest

COYI It was NI only shot on target, first touch excellent and a decent effort. He clearly needed more time. NI wasted using him an extra ten minutes or more wouldhave seen Germany make more errors which was evident considering a fragile keeper and defence. If Marshall gets more than 45 minutes agains...

Re: International Break Yawn Fest

FAUX Watched the first 30 minutes and it bored me,both teams. How Marshall doesn't get in that line up is incredible. The front player can't trap a bag of cement and has no pace. Can't press and the midfield lacks everything to press or harrie, only option is a set piece and they all seem to have bee...

Re: Everton vs West Ham | PL | 29.7.25 | Predictions and Match Thread

OP has less of a clue than Potter or Lopetegui. 3-3-2-2 Has to be 4-2-3-1. Nuno prefers it. If Soucek was available I would have played him alongside Potts. Unless Potts has hugely impressed in the 2 days of training then he won't start alongside Fernandes. Not enough time to blend them together. Ov...

Re: Nuno Out

I hope Nuno has gone to watch the U21's in the last week or one of his support staff have,he would have seen how good Earthy and Marshall really are. He would have also seen the 1st team and seen how bad they have been especially in midfield and the back 4. He should then be able  to see that Marsha...

It's Pity Rory actually swore back at the heckler just reduces us to their level. Surely a Gaelic term would surfice, it would grind them even more.
I can see it getting uglier. Think Trump may try and arrest someone, provoke us,anything to turn the tides like Canute or did i spell that wrong ?

Re: Potter Sacked!

Duke, I agree,I'm afraid. If he omits JWP and we lose badly against Everton then he will have to put him back in against Arsenal. I think he'll play safe against Everton and pacify the fans by playing Potts alongside JWP with Fernandes out left interchanging with Paqueta. Nuno won't want to get a po...

Berlington that's not their point they seem to think they have a devine right to the own kingdom. why they ahve benefitted more from being part of the UK than any other town.

Anyway, Palace play so much better than us with 3 at the back. their front 3 are electric. I'll swap Eze for Paqueta any day.
