Genuine question - why can't anyone at the club - barring Mav and Soucek - actually head the ball?
They don't challenge in the air. They can't get any kind of lift.
Wave after wave last night from Brentford of uncontested headers.
Can anyone explain it - are they just utterly utterly shit? Is it confidence? Bad coaching? Bad technique?

Maybe in a 3 at the back. Not sure as just a two as that's a big ask for someone not regularly playing in that position against top quality Forwards in this League. I'm not so keen but willing to keep an open mind to it.

That's not a bad shout. He would certainly clean up a lot in the air, for sure.

I would move Soucek into the CB position, at least the bloke can head the ball.
Oh and make him captain as well.
