Joshua Zirkzee: Would you want to see his face at West Ham?
The transfer gossip is escalating. West Ham are 'leading the race' for Joshua Zirkzee.
Would you want to see him pull on a West Ham shirt?
Or is he shit?
Let's hear some views.

Re: Joshua Zirkzee: Would you want to see his face at West Ham?
Almost nobody decent will want to come here in January - even on loan - unless they are paid obscene money we don’t have.
We’re going to have just a handful of points at Christmas. Who in their right mind would want to join in January a club that is plummeting towards the Championship?
Sure, you’ll see the usual spin and warm diarrhoea about “possible” transfers served up by Sullivan’s gormless messengers. But that does not mean those players will want to join.

I think he's been technically shocking for Man Utd. Clumsy as fuck, needs 2 or 3 touches before getting shots away, poor positioning, I've seen little technical ability from him so far. I'd swerve him and look elsewhere. If I had to go for him or Hojlund from Man Utd, I would go for Hojlund as there's something there I think that could be developed and be a lot more useful.
I know the Italian league is far from the touchstone it used to be but he was very effective at Bologna. He was known for his dribbling skills and hold up play.
Like countless others perhaps the intensity of the Premiership just isn't suited to him.
We do have enough of those grifters in our squad so perhaps it's wise to give this one an extremely wide berth!

Massive no. There isn’t anything about him that stands out. Fuck knows what Man Utd were thinking.

Exactly. A player *LIKE* (but not) Rasmus Hoijland - or Antonio or Arnie. In that mould.

We know. Hoijland was just an example of the physical attributes we'd need in a striker. He wouldn't be coming here even if he wasn't already on loan.

I'd take him in a heartbeat, along with Big Ange.

Hoijland is at least a big lump and rapid. The physical attributes we need in a striker. But we do need one who can put the ball in the net as well.

He can't be any worse than a crocked, turtle like 32 year old German, a 33 year old has been and a 20 year old League 1 level player, can he!

It's all about our ad hoc, disjointed, laissez-faire, unfocused approach to squad recruitment that is always the problem here.
A half decent footballer ain't gonna change that if the chassis of the team is weak and doesn't really give them a stable platform to perform.
Exactly. No point in polishing your car if it doesn't start in the first place.
Re: Joshua Zirkzee: Would you want to see his face at West Ham?
If he can't get near the worst Man Utd side in memory then why would he have an impact here?
Terrible signing for them, seems too slow for the prem. He is Fullkrug with an afro. I'd much rather Toney on loan or a more athletic speedy profile striker from Europe.
