If only he had a readily available experienced goalscoring Premer League Striker he could use for at least half an hour/45 minutes..

If  only he had around a month to get more forwards in who could press from the front so we don't have to change from successful tactics every game in the second half
There's no way he wouldn't have asked for more players in January. He'd have wanted somewhat more than those two, Traore and Disasi right at the deadline. Sullivan would have been well aware players were needed as soon as the window opened. He was the one dicking around and signing Venezuelan reserves instead of the multiple players we needed.

Agreed. This stat really does highlight how shit and paper thin our squad is. So many points dropped because there's almost nothing on the bench to replace tired players.

those stats tell me the players aren't fit, and the substitutions are reactive rather than proactive

Yep there are options, can also put Traore wide and Bowen down the middle.

Points to weak disjointed squads that were cobbled together ( with no plan or professional infrastructure ) and managers / coaches not able to get more out of a weak squad.  The whole greater than the “sum of the parts” thing. Managers seem to have done the opposite.

We are third from bottom on merit, rather than being too good to go down we are more too bad to stay up.
