When the fraud Pellegrini got sacked he had a better record than Moyes last season at the same point .. Yet that makes him a fraud and Moyes a hero? Not only that but Moyes got no more points that season when he took over from Pellegrini yet he wasn't sacked then either. Pellegrini may have done better if afforded the same chances as Moyes had..

He will be offered one. I think he'd jump at the chance of a 'big' club again though. Personally I find the style of play pretty dour and would like to be entertained with a bit more attacking play but he has proved safe hands for the board and really they would be quite happy to keep the money rolling in and being in and around some form of European football. Look this is a forum for opinions. It's very easy to say sack the manager. Many fans do that at many clubs without ever considering the very real risks involved in such a change. Last year I was one of those too. Moyes awful spending and the PL form was disastrous. So far Moyes has shown an ability to improve and the board have rightly brought in an expert to take control of player buying. Let's see how he does but Moyes can mess it up or make it ridiculous for the board to want to change. I remember Sir Alex Ferguson being on a knife edge of the sack in his 3rd season at Manchester United before he started winning trophies galore. In fact a winning goal from Mark Robins kept his job after 9 consecutive defeats. The fans wanted Sir Alex fired but he then went on to win the FA Cup and the rest is history....
