Masterclass by Moyes. I was seriously pissed off by his team selection against Liverpool and at times we show far too much respect to the bigger teams. But that was a mighty win. Whether you’re Moyes in or Moyes out just fucking enjoy it my fellow Hammers.

Well my pessimism worked a treat. Moyesball and low block at its best. When it works against the better clubs no problem. Just not every game please. I had us down to be tonked but Arsenal just could not unlock our narrow block of 9. Doubling up on their wide men and throwing ourselves to make tackles and blocks. Got the rub of the green and a tactic like this Soucek proves his value but it’s not a sustainable tactic and set up every game. Benny even played well aside from the pen. But the work of the team was excellent and the discipline. I will enjoy my extra large slice of humble pie as Moyesball saw off those North London pretenders :-)

Great win on the road. Hopefully that’ll be the last time we see Benrahma play for us. Up to 6th. December turned out to be a good month.
