"His ability to control and pass a football seem to be the main barrier. It's usually something you have to have at a young age but it can certainly be improved at any age. If he was a really determined young man, he would stay behind for hours after training and work on that, Might be other things that still cause an issue but that seems to stand out a mile and is pretty fundamental. He does not play with his back to goal a la Antonio. He does not work the channels. Think about how many top youngsters we have now and not one has made it through yet and we have a load of shit on the bench? Is Miley at Newcastle better than our youngsters?
