Needs replacing as first choice Cresswell - finished , good servant but needs replacing Emerson - out best player imo on the night and technically sound unlike most his teammates Cornet - rusty and off the pace but improved and needs to okay in his position wide left. Don’t think he’s good enough for the first team but ok for the squad JWP - doesn’t do set pieces much any more. Neat and tidy and technically sound but need alternatives to replace him in some games. Need a real engine in midfield with strength, pace and technique to bring in with Paquera, Alvarez etc Soucek - worst player on the pitch for in involvement. Even as a striker ( which all he should be as he adds nothing to midfield ) he missed the gilt edged chance he got.
