Aaron Wan-Bissaka Signed
"OS West Ham United complete signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka West Ham United is delighted to announce the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka. The right-back, 26, joins the Hammers from Manchester United on a seven-year contract for an undisclosed fee. The Londoner moves to London Stadium after making 190 appearances for the Red Devils across five seasons, during which he developed into one of the best one-on-one defenders in the Premier League, won the FA Cup, EFL Cup and started a UEFA Europa League final. The Crystal Palace Academy graduate has been a Premier League regular since the age of 19, appeared 35 times in European competitions and been capped by England at Under-21 level. Now, he will continue his career in his home city. “It was a no brainer for me to join West Ham – I’m excited and happy to be here,” said the 26-year-old, who will wear the No29 shirt. “It’s an amazing feeling to be back in London, and I’m excited for what’s coming. I was born here, so I know the ins and outs of London, which plays a big part in my life, so to be back playing in this city means a lot to me. “I’m happy to be here, am grateful for the warm welcome, and I am excited to be playing for the Club and will give it my all. “I can’t wait to get on the pitch, get to know the players, and push on from there. I see a team that is in it together, that will push each other to win, and a group that has got each others' backs through thick and thin, so being part of that and having that insurance helps a lot when you are surrounded by a good squad.” Obi-Wan spacer"

Re: Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Please let this last minute issue torpedo the deal. I don't want this Man Utd reject anywhere near the club. Really thought we had moved on as a club from signing Man Utd's cast offs.

It's still not confirmed. Last minute hold-up according to Whetstone. Still no reason to believe it won't happen

Welcome Aaron Looks great in that video Alan. Quick which is something we have needed these last few seasons. Also nice to see clips of him getting the better against Salah.

"All that really matters is whether he's an upgrade on Coufal which I believe he undoubtedly is. Will he be the piece that helps us win the league, probably not, but let's take it one step at a time."

"COYI is clearly bitter that we haven't wrapped up the Premier League title yet, what with only 38 games left to go."
Re: Aaron Wan-Bissaka
"A lot of people have been saying that AWB is a great defender but not so good going forward. Thinking about it, he will probably have Kudus ahead of him as a right-sided midfielder and then Bowen on the right up front, so there may not be a constant need for him to go bombing forward as much as all that. Could be the ideal RB for us. My only question is over his attitude and motivation, having somewhat underperformed for Man U. Have to hope Loppy can get the best out of him."

"COYI Assuming you are still trolling, but Im not so keen on this signing either but he is English and ticks a box... I also think given that we are not in Europe its far more difficult to attract players... think he'll be ok though."

I am 100% against this signing. Another 'big club' reject mercenary coming in. Relegation battle ahaead. The signs are obvious.

"Russ of the BML 11:38 Sun Aug 11 Fair cop. In my defence, your honour I was testing Carabau Beer, which turned out positive in both the light and dark categories, and failed to check before I hit ""send"". However, a pretty decent Germanic alternative to the dross that passes for beer served up in most parts of South-East Asia...but I'm already wandering off (my own) message. :-)."
