... though I do reckon the Manchester thugs will end up getting off or a slap on wrist because of what the copper ended up doing.... some off the record deal where they get a light sentence and the solicitor doesn't go after the copper to hard... sadly the copper (legally) doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Goose I just googled. He pleaded guilty yesterday to the arson of the bus. Hasn't submitted a plea on the violent disorder (rioting) and that's a later court date. Will only get sentenced once both charges are dealt with. For now back on remand.

"SurfaceAgentX2Zero 3:33 Wed Aug 21 Re: Manchester Airport incident LOL at Fifth. These cunts are bang to right on camera breaking a copper's nose. They could be nicked, charged and remanded. They aren't being. Nobody knows why - except you it seems. Meanwhile protesters are being told they should plead guilty because they will be remanded in custody longer than the probable sentence. Then they are getting 18m sentences. Two tier. No, not just me. Anyone who's been involved in the justice system in any way and knows how the court system works for complex cases can understand why this has gone to the CPS for a charging decision. As for the rest of it, do not of you ""two tier"" lot remember the 2011 riots. Hundreds of people charged and jailed in the same timescale and with similar sentences, people getting over a year for looting a bottle of water. You can argue it's over the top but the law around violent disorder carries more harsh sentences than if you just commit the same crime eg nicking a bottle of water, on your own. It's to deter mass violence and rioting. One of my closest friends was a Sergeant taken off far more serious work in 2011 who were tasked solely with tracking down rioters who'd committed minescule acts in the big scheme of things. This was under the direction of that old socialist, marxist BLM advocate... Boris Johnson who as London Mayor had oversight responsibility for the Met. I could be wrong but I don't remember a big outcry on WHO about all the 2011 rioters getting massive sentences. There undoubtedly has been two tier policing in certain things eg policing of a lot of the BLM stuff, ignoring the grooming gangs. But this 2024 rioting, investigations and sentencing is no quicker or more severe than 2011. The only difference now is most of the 2024 violence supporters on WHO had no sympathy with the 2011 rioters. Personally I'm happy that the 2011 and 2024 lot are/were both getting sent down. #### them all. With the Leeds riots, they nicked dozens of people after the event and some are now doing time who pleaded guilty, some on remand and some awaiting trial on bail."

"My dear, strange purple little fellow. That's the PM talking to the public about his expectations and praise of the justice system. He is also sending a signal that he won't be blackmailed and will stand firm. I'm afraid your assertion that we have kangaroo courts and a Soviet system rests on the false grounds the PM is instructing or maybe steering the courts. I also think you know this perfectly well so you are basically deliberately misleading people who don't really understand how these things work. They are gullible and frustrated and you are preying on their vulnerability. Why don't you find yourself something useful to do?"

"BRANDED 2:00 Wed Aug 21 Indeed - far too many people chasing far too few resources. Why are there far too few resources? Because nobody knows how much actual demand there is in the UK on account of certain people leaning a certain way rejoicing when immigrants find a way to give the established immigration process the finger. Absolutely nothing to do with skin colour, religion or race. Numbers - just numbers and ONLY numbers. An additional person, whatever race, religion or colour places demands on society's current infrastructure. If planners are prevented, possibly deliberately via current government policy, from knowing how many people are actually here/expected, even to within 10%, how on earth can they plan to deliver the required infrastructure needed?"

Councillor Ricky Jones is in custody awaiting Trial on a charge of inciting violence. The next step is a pre Trial hearing on 6 September. Perhaps he may be persuaded by his legal counsel to plead guilty.

"I loved the way the ""Far Right"" looted Greggs and the Body Shop. We have something in the region of 10 million extra people in the UK and by some estimates 4 million homes required. Supply and demand could mean that house prices and rents go up as every new person arrives. Not all those arriving are poor. Many are wealthy, educated and buy and rent. The knock on effect is felt everywhere. The poorest get hit the hardest. All prices rise above their means. I met a bloke who advises wealthy international investors the other day. He advised them that it was probably impossible to build the homes required due to a shortage of skills. He said, in theory, if you could build prefab homes in big factories you could in theory increase productivity but the Brits don't do that so it's going to stay the same. So. These issues are not going away. Irrespective of the shabby types and the misinformation web sites in Pakistan."

"Sounds to me that you're acting like a sore loser over something but at least you seem to have rowed back on your kangaroo Court assertion, As for the sentences handed out it is somewhat similar to what was imposed on JSO disrupters, or many complaints about that on here though. Your deliberate ignoring of due process ( because you do know and did not need fifth to school you ) is disingenuous but it does indicate how far you will lie, exaggerate and mislead in order to disseminate your Reform UK PlC dogma."

"They had the perfect opportunity to prove there wasn't any 2 tier stuff with the Labour councillor Ricky Jones. It was probably easier to convict him than many of the others who did it online. I mean, the video evidence is all there for us to see. But I think we've got to wait a couple of weeks before he goes to trail, and I'd be very surprised if there's any live stream of his conviction."

"So, why, exactly are there now too few prison cells to accommodate the anticipated criminals in the given UK population? Ditto why too few school places where required, care home places where required, transport (when it is required) capacity... These Courts have patently not been kangaroo Courts and we all know it. The disturbances and riots and looting needed to be nipped in the bud and rapid legal/judicial action combined with the application of penal tariffs to the maximum are serving as an example to those that might be gulled in the future.
