Well another game tonight in the Septic Cup. Next on the menu....Davie Moyes.
They got stuffed by the Cherries at the weekend, so hopefully we can give them a good shellacking.
Fingers crossed for the breakup of the triangle of turgid shit, and an injection of youthful exuberance.
Prediction: 2-1 to us.
COYI.

Looking at the replay, Kilman couldn't have defended that any worse either.
Just as well we aren’t stuck with him for another six years on 100k a week.
Oh….

We have started the better, but we need a new keeper big time, should have kept Fab

Foderingham was alarmingly easy to slip it past. Henri Lansbury would have saved that.
Haha! Nice work
Angela Lansbury couldn't have done worse

Three at the back should ensure that you're never outnumbered in a counterattack. If you play three CBs and one loses the ball on the half way line leaving you with two defenders against three attackers then either your system is wrong or you don't have the right players on the pitch to play that system.
Now we've signed BOTH Diouf and Walker-Peters to add to Wan Bissaka it looks like we're resolutely sticking with this formation so you can expect a lot of goals like that conceded all through the season.
Thing is under Potter in this game at least theyre playing with a very aggressive high line all of them. Far too high up the pitch.

That’s ridiculous. 15 mins wasted with some sloppy as fuck defending.
still we have learned one thing. Foderingham Shouldn’t be near the number 1 shirt either.
The co-commentator on the Man U game said that Fodderingham is a training keeper and should be no where near the 1st team.
Absolutely spot on too!
if anything this should triple underline to Sullivan that we need to get someone decent in pronto if it’s not already happening, and this is not the time for penny pinching. A good keeper vs an error prone one could make a massive difference to what happens to us this season.

Casey showing his inexperience there by playing a loose 1st time pass into the path of an Everton player and Foderingham doing his best impression of the invisible man.

That goal sums up everything that’s wrong with our central midfield
pass it around, go absolutely nowhere, play it back to the defence, give the ball away, concede

.... and we're losing. Bit against the run of play to be fair. Casey gives the ball away with a shit pass without looking, Kilman backs off all the way back to inside his own box then gets done by the pass, Foderingham makes a mess of the save. Poor stuff.

The biggest fucker on the pitch before the start was our final mascot. The white Harvey Price.
Who is the Greek sounding name on the bench?
