Daily Quiz anyone?

"If you are stuck at home and bored like me. How about exercising the old grey cells? I have for a number of years run quiz nights and couple of times a year. I was due to do one tomorrow which is now cancelled So I have a bank of questions sitting in my computer's hard drive. They are quite eclectic in their nature. I am thinking I could put up a set of questions for which you write down your answers. After 30mins or so I will put up the answers. DO NOT POST YOUR ANSWERS. before I post the right answers. You mark your own answers and post your score. I will then record the scores and at the end of the ""lockdown"" we will see who is WHO's brainbox supreme. Obiviously no looking up the answers (you only cheat yourselves) Word of warning these won't be easy questions as they have been devised for teams of six. Forming teams on here might be too problematic. So I'll try to pick out the easier questions. Any interest?"

"Scores on the Doors so far. More expected But tomorrow I am out visiting family and staying over so I won't be putting up any questions until Monday. We have now done 113 days without a break so I think a rest is due. You will all be glued to the box Saturday watching the football anyway. COYI See you Monday. GeoffPikey

"Ah, yes. Minstrels rings a bell now for me too. I didn't have that as an answer though. 3 products, one slogan? Lazy bastards. Should have taken Murray Walker's advice!!"

"Treats, M&Ms and Minstrels are all Mars products ( past or present) VAR has checked and all three used the tagline in their marketing. So, claim a point if you had any of the three."

"A sweet and sour 5! Happy with that given how... Nestl?© was a Randoms guess. They own nearly EVERYTHING. As was Germany for the Germanic-sounding Werther's. Oblivious to blue Smarties storm. I thought it was psychologically proven blue ""food"" is unpopular, as it has no mirror in nature? Not even blueberries are blue. I shan't lose sleep over it, mind."
