"I don't see Sullivan getting rid of Moyes. He's had three straight years of european football with a trophy and three years of relative safety in the league (I know last year we could have been in a relegation scrap fairly easily but we weren't ). West Ham are looking for a Coach. Not a Manager. Jose started off as a Coach. But now see himself as a Manager. This is why the likes of Tuchel and Conte end up having massive falling outs with the boards that employ them. The clubs feel they are getting a top quality coach. However. The employee goes in thinking they are a manager. It’s a very costly/ enriching experience.
