East, ha ha.  I was running out of questions and like you saw that one publicist even said "red", and of course the yellowish hue.  Was umming and aahing about using said question but in the end went with the majority of pages which seemed to say "orange" but promised myself that if anyone queried it I would give an extra point to everyone, so bonus point added all.

And in honour of East keeping my brain ticking over today we have a Knowledge Quiz without the "General" in front of it!  😁

15 for me today thanks Zico

Now don't panic I am not challenging the answer to the cheese question but I put yellow which I would say is the colour of cheese generally. Upon finding your answer was orange I decided to investigate further. I went online to view Shropshire Blue and to my eyes, the pictures mostly showed it to be of a dark yellowish hue (some not really that dark) Ah ha I thought I had cause to challenge the veracity of your answer. (as you know I relish such rare opportunities). However aware that online photos do not always show things in their true light I decided to read up on the said cheese. You of course are correct that publicists for this cheese do describe it as orange, although one suggested it was a red colour, I am not having that nearly as dishonest as suggesting it is from Shropshire when in fact it originates from Leicestershire. Stilton it is claimed to be the place but given that even Stilton Cheese doesn't really come from there I doubt that that is entirely correct either. Stilton is the place where cheese was transported from not made. Anyway that aside it got me thinking about the perception of colour and the dress that went viral a few years back and how possibly all our answers might be wrong or best different

Just for fun
