General Election - July 2024

This appears to be the rumour on Sky. An easy win for Starmer and some big names losing their seats. The Country needs a change but is it going to get one? The thought of seeing that annoying Beth Rigby for 6 weeks though is a horrifying thought.

"I used to vote labour, my family (except my mum) are all labour, including labour activists and councillors, one or two of my nephews will possibly become MPs within the next few years. I've voted Conservative, Liberal and UKIP as well. None of these parties have delivered anything like what they have promised since Thatcher to be honest. They are not interested in us, in fact they despise us and find us boring. Do not encourage these psycopaths, they are all useless cunts"

"No it wouldn't, because 'all of us' would never do it. It needs enough to make it known the two main party rigging with the rest as also rans due to funding and a shutdown of any serious competition to the red & blue old guard needs to stop. The main parties need to know they are just not up to scratch and their options for the top job get slaughtered just as personalties alone.....they need to be at the very least a person to be listened to (how that is I don't know with the clear division on nearly all aspects)....as it stands they are just a conveyor belt of privileged wally's spouting what seems pre agreed soundbites mixed in with them trying to be 'cool' and coming across as a dick or a rabbit in the headlights........fucking Richy Sunak 'rocking' a North Face anorak ffs......give it up.......most of us have more to us than just a vot for them to win...."

And there is your typical numpty party politics response.......I have given them ALL a try over the decades Debz......now none of them get my vote.....see I've never seen myself as a red or blue as none of them represent my background or what I want for my kids......all of them though.....HAVE LET THE COUNTRY DOWN.....and if it wasn't for them wanting a career in politics.....they wouldn't want fuck all to do with me or your good self. Try another tact........

"There's no time lines in it Debz, they have all been utter shit since 1997........it's you not grasping this fact.......and STILL thinking they are going to turn it around.....all they do is power share hence Sunk basically saying you can have it but we have to stop the likes of Galloway gaining seats.....wake and grow up from your blind hatred of the blues and look at all of them as a whole and as one big fuk up."

"No.they aren't, that didn't get properly discovered until.after he stood down. Go back.and look at your timeliness. Are you a bit daft. I have just told you I'd vote for another party....obviously not one that attracts lunatics, racists and the kind of person who thinks people should be allowed to drown at sea to ve their candidates. ."

It’s not the facts though…..he got found out to be a liar and took us into an unnecessary war…..as usual the opposition to this factor was still shit so we was left with the likes of Brown you know the snide that slagged off a member of the public for having a go at him…..this doesn’t detract from the abysmal fact you still have faith in any of these cunts…..you are blindly faithful and your blind faith is fucking up the country…..it’s like if this red vs blue thing wasn’t a thing you’d have a breakdown…

SoH look at the facts man. After the war the Blair government won the following election. I have already told you I would vote Libdems if they had a better chance of getting rid of this vile disgusting government. They are corrupt and inept L

The more ordinary people see of sunak . The more they turn off him . Has no social skills whatsoever . If Cameron was stronger against the lunatic fringe in the tory party . They may well have done better in this election.

"Debs stop being silly, once the war was done as a battle and they found out there were no ‘weapons of mass destruction’ he (Blair)was done how otherwise did he lose his leadership? from there Labour we’re a shadow outfit……stop being obtuse and just except BOTH main parties are shit and you should be ashamed of yourself in continuing to hold onto having faith in them…..it’s all… yeah but, yeah but, bollocks you spew on here……thankfully….."

SoH Labour did not suffer negatively in the polls in the election.after the war they still won with a healthy majority. Your argument was that Starmer would be incompetent but clearly your argument in support if that us flawed.. A human rights lawyer said to take on a case snd wins....how very dare he

"joyo 4:52 Sat May 25 No need, on my part, for a postal vote, but I suspect you'd have trouble using a post box, so probably not an option for you, either. The mud hut is currently vacant, so if you'd like to use it, given it's close proximity to the country where you like to rape under-aged cripples, feel free to make enquiries. Don't try a double-down with Nigel Farage though, the beer's shit there so he'll only be complaining the whole time."

"The last time an incoming government inherited anything like a healthy economy was in 1997. Since then, one shitshow has followed another. Think SOH has the right idea, fuck each and every one of them, their not worthy of our vote."

"What really needs to happen is a mass, co-ordinated invalidation of individuals' ballot papers. Will never happen though as there are enough idealistic (/bigoted) cunts associated with all political parties who see ""their team"" getting into power as far, far more important than what is actually best for the whole country (as opposed what THEIR political bias tells them is good for the whole country). As the old saying goes, ""Don't vote, it just encourages them""."

…..oh Debs…..it’s that war a Labour government took us into that really put them on the way out….the crash just confirmed it….a bit like the current shitfest & covid…..they are both as incapable as each other….Labour will be worse this time because as they will spend at least a year scratching their heads on unravelling a ball of wool the Tory twats already have a history with. Sunak wants rid……fucking great…..

Whatever his involment did it path the way for ILLEGAL immigrants to have the incentive of jumping in a dingy to cross a dangerous bit of water? I personally like to have a leader with a bit of sense of ‘what are the consequences’ for the nation’ don’t you? A skill that seems none of our current main party leaders have….this seems to be a thing all the way back to 1997…… ……we’ve been warned…..

"North, with all due respect, everyone is entitled to their opinions, not matter how misguided and misinformed they are, pretty much the same as the opinions of our managers and coaching staff, many people on here think they know better and look how that usually turns out. No point having a forum if you can‚Äôt air your opinions, my advice, don‚Äôt click on the content, it usually works a treat. HTH. ?üòá"

"2 things Side: 1 Labour just copped the blame for the crash but if you look at the history of the situation action took by Brown and Darljng were starting to show the start of a recovery. The bankers ( which included Sunak) caused the crash and the Tories were calling for less regulation not more so it would have happened had they been in power. 2. Starmer clearly isn't incompetent is he if he won the case against the government's own legal team, and managed to become the DPP"
