"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"The browns led the league in rushing before this game, patriots have held them to 0.7 yards per attempt"

I think the Vikings defence should shout Shield Wall! before every down. No blood-eagling the opposition QB though.

"I thought Brady might be a bit rusty so didn't start him, he,s on 25.20 points already !!"

The Ravens are the original Cleveland Brown's who moved there before getting their own team back . I'm enjoying the fantasy league despite my no 1 pick (Peterson ) being injured for the season.

"Some earlier moves were sort of understandable, but it mostly went to shit from the early to mid-90s. Must never let it happen here."

Think he means they are teams who weren't around at the beginning cough. Texans used to be the oilers originally.

Been watching the colts and they have a bizarre refusal to ever give gore the ball when they're needing a yard or are on the goal line. One of the best finishers there is as he's like a little tank and only has 4 carries in the entire half for 34 yards. Reckon they think luck is better than he is!

"The Texans are just a made up team anyway - in my eyes they don't even count. Same for Jaguars, Titans, Ravens, Panthers etc... completely irrelevant inventions."

Never been spectacular or flashy but he has been ridiculously consistent and always healthy! Potential hall of fame candidate

Gore has just gone past Jim Brown on the all time rushing yards list.
