"If Paqueta had stayed on we win, we are just like Sheff Utd otherwise. Don't know about anyone else but I'm tired of seeing JWP trotting over for corners with the same shit result and doing fuck all else? It was shit, we are shit."

"Absolute dog's dinner of a performance. Bristol City are a bang-average Championship side - and we made them look like a solid Premier League outfit. Very poor, especially that passionless second half. Clearly, outside of a strong-ish first XI, we have a real drop off in quality. Players like Ings, Cornet etc are just not up it. Either they are not good enough generally, or they simply cannot play in Moyes' peculiar system. But either way, the end result is the same: they give us almost nothing. Ings is one of the worst transfers we've ever made. And I watched Savio Nsereko. In the transfer window, we need a mobile striker who can play upfront on his own, and run the channels/press, and we need depth in both full-back positions. So that we can rest players and not see a huge drop off in quality. Moyes is 6-months away from being out of contract. If we're going to stick with him, we need to accept that we should sign Moyesball-style players. Or we move him on. At the moment, we still have too many squad members unable to play the way Moyes wants."

we've been defending so deep Mubama has been part of a midfield 5 defending on third wasy line. Moyes is so predicatable. brighton all over

"That's about the worst possible result. Putting more minutes on our starting XI. Injuries to our best playmaker and 1 of 3 remaining centrebacks. Possible injury to our highest goal scorer, and we've added another fixture to an already crowded list. Soucek was abysmal even for him. I get Alvarez was on a yellow but leaving Soucek on was criminal."

"Paqueta injured, Bowen injured, Greek fella injured and worst possible result of all...a fucking replay. Mubama is crap, daft if he doesn't sign the contract offered to him. Will end up being a League 1 or 2 journeyman at best otherwise."

"forget a striker, we need another play maker! I cant believe how we disappeared after Paqueta came off. I think he's got like the last 6 or 7 assists right? Thats why we will be fucked. A normal striker cant work in this system anyway, but without some creativity we are really really shit."

"It’s not about slagging Mubama off, but you can give an honest assessment. He isn’t showing a single thing to make me think he’s got it at all. Average touch, below average passing, doesn’t bust a gut, movement is poor and doesn’t look particularly quick, just shown that finishing not even all that. I know people want an academy kid to do well, but he isn’t making it."
