I think if we could get a Kante type, a fit and firing Todibo and a top striker who can do everything we may well have a good side.

I think you've mistook the body language because they were all gutted to see we snatched a draw from the jaws of victory thanks to Mavropanos the error prone wally. I think they mirrored all our body language at that point.

Second best in the second half. I don't know what Lopetegui says at half time but we just looked so passive and lethargic.

It also seems quite apparent  Kudus has had his wings clipped, as he turns back instead of going forwards more often than not. Doesn't look the same player.

Gotta say, I enjoyed that.  We had the first half and they had the second.  Shame that Mavroclanger gave away that free kick, but it was a good goal.  Onwards and upwards.

At least Alan Smith will be happy.  cսnt.

We lost control of the game second half. Kudus was slowing the game down too much, but then Fullkrug was pretty anonymous aside from one missed chance.

Midfield is still the issue, we struggled to keep it and still get played through far too easily.

Pretty happy. Wouldn’t have taken Kudus off. Plenty of spirit. Good to see the kids on at the end. Lop might just be turning this around. We need to take the first half performance into the next game 

2 Academy kids came on in a frantic high stakes game for the manager who trusted them.

Great game of football. Draw is a fair result. So many positives from that game. Good to see Scarles and Casey get some time. No complaints at all. 

Fair result. We did pretty well for away from
home at a good side. They needed a world class strike to get anything and we needed a bit of luck too for the penalty. Saw some academy players which I know Moyes would
never have done in a million years, so that’s good. 

importantly I’m seeing a more confident side, I’m seeing a bit more control. I’m ok with this tonight. No major complaints (having said that, when you don’t expect much it’s hard to complain!) 

 

Back to the ill disciplined rabble for most of the second half.

Excellent first half. Game changed when he brought the kraut on. Kudus held and shielded the ball well caused them problems. My motm coufal or fabianski

Well respect the point, that free kick was Payetesque, but Mav was a berk with that challenge. Bournemouth a decent side but another team who gets a most shots ever record against us. Paqueta poor apart from the pen. Kudus not quite been the same since he was told to stop being so selfish and the oldest man in the PL our man of the match. But we had a go so that's a positive. Thought Coufal was going to win it with a left foot volley at the end.

Entertaining game, so enjoyable watching us try and win a game and not just go for the low block.

A lot of positives in there, keep it up vs Brighton please.
