Manuela - nothing wrong with watching an 80’s classic at any point. I could have quoted it line for line anyway

Aren’t the RAF the real Top Guns?

"Saw Top Gun today, it was alright, but will hardly stay long in the memory. It's a bit of a 'fans' film. Joe - Very sweet you watched the original again first. Bless."

"Not a fan of films made predominantly in the air, boring, but may take my arse to view this."

"If you haven’t seen the first one then definitely. If you have, it doesn’t need a rewatch."

Is it best to see the first film before watching Maverick?

"Top Gun: Maverick was fucking superb. Great 80s throwback action flick with almost no green screen shit, and the aerial and cockpit photography was absolutely stunning. Agree with whoever below said to see it on the biggest screen possible. Well worth it."

"My missus spent a few days with Tom when he was filming the latest MI at Blenheim Palace. He was quite shy, which surprised her, and also incredibly polite, which surprised me, as I thought he'd be a right arrogant arsehole."

"Chaps, When you go to the new Tom Cruise movie and are pondering his Dorian Gray-like looks, wait until the end and watch the credits. There will be six of seven people there under the heading, 'Make-up'. There's a clue in there somewhere..."

"Jersey - Of course he looks good for his age and way better than the average 59 year old, but when I saw a few vids of him on YT at these premiers I was a bit shocked how much he has aged. Have a look at his neck and the eye bags, he looks absolutely nothing like a 30 year, or even close to it, ffs."

"Fuck me Manny, I don't know what you think the average 59 year old looks like but certainly not like Cruise. The cinema last night was full of fat fuckers, munching on their popcorn who will be lucky to reach 59."

Not a movie but didn't know where else to put this. Stumbled across on YouTube Mark Ward - Under The Cosh Podcast https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDVmxwG2834&t=2859s Entertaining stuff. Also Steve Sidwell and Joe Cole do some podcasts on thee with ex hammers if you like that sot of thing. Again some entertaining chats.

Top Gun: Maverick. A very entertaining piece of fluff. See it on the largest screen possible. And leave your brain at the door.

North Bank 3:07 Thu May 26 Yeah new Matrix it was garbage. Add Morbius to that as well. New Dr Strange was very good.

"Did any of you watch The Matrix Resurrections, I was a big fan of the original Matrix and the two follow ups were ok, I was hoping Resurrections would finish the story off? How wrong could I be, I thought the storyline was absurd and nearly walked out halfway through. Anyone else see it?"

The Survivor fantastic film true story. You'll forget about partygate and paying your energy bills after watching this.
