The identify of Palestinians didn't start until much later - learn your history... So you are wrong there. If the same amount of Jews died then would that make it fair? That's not how war works. Proportionality only counts when Israel is involved not for the allied forces in WW2 or any other conflict. Gaza has borders just like countries have borders. Before the physical border was built, arabs would enter Israel and blow themselves up. Israel didn't particularly like that or want to die so they put a border up to stop that happening. There is a reason it went up - but of course that does't matter. If people want to kill you, you normally do your best to stop it. Also, people living in Gaza before this could go over to Israel to work, and Jews couldn't go into Gaza. If they did they would probably be killed. Israel treats Palestinian people including their terrorist leader Sinwar in their hospitals. If the wall wasn't there 7 October would happen a lot more often. Peace never took place before the settlements. Clinton offered nearly 100% of the West Bank and they still rejected it. Calling Israel an apertheid is a disgrace and belittle what the black south africans actually went through. Just look at Israel's parliament, army, medics, football players etc etc. I imagine you have never been to Israel so haven't actually seen how the country works. There is no 'but' - there is no moral equivalency with what Hamas did and said they want to do over and over again. And what Israel has done / is doing."

Israel has always killed a disproportionate number of Palestinians since 1948… Gaza is an open air prison/Ghetto… West Bank is full of illegal settlements and apartheid for Palestinians… Yes Hamas may be killers…but so are Israelis
