I very much doubt the Spanish Catholics are about to be subsumed. I think.the world's economic power base is shifting in fact there is little doubt about that but the economic competition isn't coming from.islamic countries ( for want of a better expression) .

There is a problem in Spain as regards forming a government because the deal arranged is being protested by the Nationalist Right on the grounds it cuts a deal giving amnesty to the Catalans who organised an illegal secession referendom.
