Basically, Lopetegui got the job because he was unemployed. Sullivan only ever employs people on the sausage. Genuine question: does anybody honestly believe we'd have pursued Lopetegui otherwise?

We dont have the players to play possession football in the Premiership. We ate showing we are not fast enough or strong enough. Spurs players riding our tackles as if we are not there.

One of the most over-promoted managers in recent football history. Spain didn't want him weeks before the World Cup, Real Madrid sacked him after three months and he didn't last a full season at Wolves. He's not a good manager.

Absolutely diabolical today. We've wasted money literally left, right and centre over the summer. Thank fuck the league is weak this season, otherwise we'd be in serious trouble (we should be OK).
