10 Dead so far many more injured.
Apparently the culprit crossed the U S border through Eagle pass Texas a couple of days ago.
He then decided to drive his Truck into a crowd of people celebrating the New Year.
What a world we live in.

Latest update is this terrorist did not act alone so there is now a man hunt on for the others. How reassuring.
