"Stillwater is a good watch, loosely based around the Meridith Kercher story as it’s kicking off point - Even has a brief appearance for Payet!"

"Yep, I saw The Green Knight last night. It’s being marketed as a fantasy/action GoT-type film but it’s much slower, trippy, arty and more like a slow-burn folk horror. Dev Patel is excellent and it’s filmed well. Think a lot of people will be disappointed if they go expecting lots of action and fight scenes."

Watched Werewolves Within (was available as a 99p rental on AppleTV for a while). Was a comedy horror - thought it was very good. Then Boss Level - an action version of the Groundhog Day time loop. Had very little expectations but probably a solid 7/10. That’s on Amazon Prime

Censor is out. A horror movie set in the 80s about a censor of video nasties. Sounds good. Might watch tonight.

"Oh yes this is most definitely Part 1 of the story, it will be interesting to see how it does - I loved it but will be a hard sell for a lot of audiences"

Morpheus 10:54 Heard it's a two-parter. Hope the first film makes enough wedge to justify the second concluding film.

Christopher Nolan has announced his next film will be about Robert Oppenheimer. And the development of the atom bomb. With Cillian Murphy rumoured to be headlining. After giving Dunkirk a once over. Going back to World War 2 and focusing on one of the major players could be worth a butchers.?

Actually pretty crazy when you think the original post of this was from the very first week of 2020 and Top Gun Maverick (that was coming out that year) is actually being released 30 months later. Mental to think how much has changed of the world we knew from then to now.

Paramount want that Summer Box office. The first reviews of Dune are in. And it’s thumbs up all around. So a lot of the fans will be happy. But the majority of causal viewers will be bored shitless.
