"o1bb, it’s my favourite book, first read it in my mid 20’s, it was like nothing I’d read before, had a real impact on me. Have read it several times since, a true masterpiece."

"Bell Is all episodes out at once or week by week? The offer has been mentioned a few times here, quality show. We started The Recruit on Netflix, it’s decent, good story although a bit far fetched at times. But stil enjoyable"

"Ray. I said the same. I'm a Godfather geek, loved the book as much as the first 2 films and i thought the offer was superb. My mrs on the other hand thought it was ok but she dosnt share my passion for the subject."

"Not sure if it's been mentioned but The Offer is superb, especially if, like me, you're a huge fan of The Godfather films."

The Rig is not bad. A bit like like Vigil but with a supernatural theme albeit ridiculous. Glenn and Compton and other good actors carry it of.

"Welcome to the Chippendales. Interesting to see how it all started, along with the crimes that went with it, but as a drama it lacks anyone who is a likeable. At eight episodes, I'd avoid, unless you like seeing muscly men in thongs."

"NS, seen every single episode, every Christmas Special and all the ones where they visit USA and Europe. But the ones on the park with Mr Leyhey (sp) and Randy are the best. Proper stupid stuff."

"Nurse Ratched 5:17 Tue Jan 3 Totally agree. Watched it when it first came out and as you say it was grim, but outstanding. Liked the way they made it technical but in laymans terms so the viewer could understand what was going on."

Well into SE2 of Slow Horses. The English was pretty average. You can only lust over Emily Blunt so much. Or maybe not.

"Yes, couldn't get on with The English so bailed out. The cellar scene in HV1 between Catherine and Tommy Lee was one of the best scenes I've ever seen on British TV."
