Woke watch
"There is a very good section on GB news where the ludicrous idiocies of Wokeness are looked at I thought we would should have one for WHO. I'll start with Baptiste on BBC: In Hungary,an ambassador's family are kidnapped by Islamic terrorists and carry out atrocities. At the end of the last episode Baptiste finds out that it is a false flag operation and conveniently, the real culprits are white supremacists who want to stop all immigration. Coronation Street ITV a gay black footballer is stopped by the police, because he is driving an expensive car. He is pushed to the ground during an altercation, and damages his leg threatening his career. Could have been written by Dawn Butler or a BLM activist."

"Got a four and a half pound leg of lamb off the local halal butcher for the Easter nosh-up. Fed thirteen and the dog, was excellent and cost £35. Well pleased with my halal butcher, I am. Mind you, they were semi conscious as it is Ramadan; Ukrainian girl sorted out the order in the end."

Re: Woke watch
"Goose London 15% Brum 30% Bradford, Blackburn Luton between 30 and 35% Nowhere higher Overall population 6.5% I believe Birth rate for Muslim women is significantly higher than for white British at 3.4 children but on WHO people seem to think the average is 12. Also that birth rate is getting lower and particularly for Muslim women with degrees. That is relevant because academic performance levels in schools of Muslim women in UK has increased massively in recent years meaning the birth rate is, likely to continue to come down. So the idea that this, 6.5% of the population is going to take over the country is bonkers. The. Birth rate for white British is 1.4. That is not sufficient to maintain population level. That is the main reason that as a % the Muslim population is likely to grow as proportion of population - white British people birth rate is insufficient to maintain relative population levels. So encourage all your white non Muslim friends to pop 3.4 kids out each. Or at least 2.1 to maintain existing population."

"Goose I just did your checking for you and even Birmingham with just over 200 thousand Muslims is nowhere near the majority in a population of over a million. Even in London the largest concentration of Muslims is Newham and Tower Hamlets but in a population of 9 million people you can’’t surely be stating with any real conviction they are about to take over the population of London. You need to Put your Melanie Phillips book down and step calmly away from it, it’s rotting your brain"

"How long before we see street & railway station signs, bus routes and shop front names in/with Arabic (equally prominent) in this ""tolerant Christian society""? Whenever I lived/worked in a country who's working language was not my own, I didn't expect or demand that country accommodate me by switching everything to MY native language. Why should people expect MY country of birth to do the polar opposite?"

Disagreement isn’t hate Debs. Our major cities are slowly becoming majority Muslim. The Christian values and traditions are being replaced. You only need to visit them to see that.

Ramadan A period of fasting. You do have to wonder why the advertising companies aren't all over it?

"It’s hardly the fault Muslims that we have commercialised our two biggest religious holidays . You said there aren’t enough references to Easter but there are plenty, you just hate Muslims and gay people so much that any reference to them anywhere just winds you you up, Being that permanently pissed off is bad for your health Take a chill pill."

Re: Woke watch
Exactly. It’s a Christian country. Enjoy your religious holiday while you moan about religion controlling ppl. the TV ads are about selling you stuff not about Easter. They broadcast the call to prayer at King’s Cross station. Why? Have they ever broadcast the Lord’s Prayer? There’s no light display on carnaby street - just Ramadan.

"You clearly haven’t been watching the tv full of ads about Easter eggs, hot cross buns and the notion of celebrating Easter as well as church services. Maybe you are too busy looking for stuff to get angry about to notice the obvious Easter references around, and the shops closing for easter, not Eid or Pride."

Re: Woke watch
"Debs this is a Christian country with Christian laws and traditions. Easter is the most important date in the Christian calendar. But on the busiest shopping streets we have a light display for Ramadan, or ‘pride’ (when it was on). Nothing for Easter. Politicians fall over themselves to celebrate Ramadan or Diwali but barely mention Easter."

Yes let’s compete over the importance of holidays based on doctrines designed to control the populace. Isn’t it Passover too?

Buona Pasqua amici miei! Although you’d be forgiven for thinking that this country is far more interested in celebrating Ramadan.

Thankfully the UK still belongs to the civilised group of nations where the law still protects those in danger however much you hate that SBT1.
