It was the big clubs that fucked the European cup competitions in the first place. Too many clubs in it and too many meaningless games. UEFA cap a pathetic second-best for also rans. They are counting on the courts defending them against any collective actions by the remainder of the leagues of the governing bodies. I just don’t see how they think this works.

And they all have to sort the issues out, in different countries, to get the league going. Half of them done won’t work. That makes them very vulnerable in the near term.
