"If the shoe was on the other foot, would you want to see West Ham lose under similar circumstances?"

The meltdown on Arsenal fan TV if Spurs lose would be a beautiful thing to witness. Then they have to rely on us ?üòÇ

"Arsenal fans are bigger cunts than Spurs fans these days so no, I really hope they don't win it."

"Yep, Northern Sold. I live a stones throw from the Arsenal training ground, so my view is shaped largely by being surrounded by the enritled wankers. Literally begging us (and those other north London rival wankers) to do them a huge favour, after all their muggy ""Just sold your star to Mikel Arteta"" chants and the like. You's ain't laughing now are you boys, now we're King Makers... And all I've got to say is, don't look back in anger, I heard you say."

"Sold0 - Ha exactly this, I've seen them moaning about what shit form we're both in.. But they beat neither of us at home... Wouldn't be an issue if they did.. The irony escapes them.."

"City have yet to score there in 5 league games, but they did win in the cup this season. The muggyness from both sets of fans is unbelievable.. To be fair most spurs fans I know only pipe up when Arsenal lose or we get slaughtered.. Whatever the result one of them is going to be intolerable"

"Know fuck load of Goons.... seen them in a different light the last few days... oooooooh please do us a favour Mr West ham and Mr Tottenham Hotspurs..... how about you snivelling, grovelling, pleading grow some fucking morals.... and as I like to remind them all... perhaps you should have concentrated beating us over `your' place rather than `relying' on other teams. Pathetic bunch..."

"And another tenuous link is Rice. We all wondered why the fuck he was going to Arsenal to win trophies.... Well, I would rather that not come back to bite us on the bum....."

"Manuel 12:07 Tue May 14 Exactly. Their chances of CL are slim at best so they may aswell settle for 5th and Arsenal not winning the league. A Spurs fan on TS today said he has had so much disappointment at Spurs not achieving and winning that he can get over that. What he cannot get over is Arse winning the PL. And I get it. I would be the same. And, let's get it right, Arsenal are a load of insufferable cunts these days. When Arsenal were winning trophies under George Graham and Arsene Wenger, they at least had a bit of class. Now their fans are just utter cunts. Proper entitled wankers. And Arteta is a massive, massive cսnt. A fucking bad loser and an even worse winner. Wants to cry like a little baby when they lose and is the smuggest cսnt on earth when they win. Fuck him. Fuck Arsenal and god hope that City win it again to shut them cunts up."

"I don’t think they need to worry about it personally. They are in rank form, while Man City are motoring. I also think Villa get at least the point they need against Palace and Spurs aren’t overturning an 8 goal swing in their two games if that is the case. I’m unashamedly happy for us to lose at the weekend if it means Arsenal not winning the league. Everything about that club is nauseating at the moment. I don’t know a single person who supports another London club who has a different view than wanting Man City to win the league. Imagine the years of smugness from Arsenal fans to Spurs fans if it’s Spurs that essentially hand them the title given the circumstances. I’m not going to judge them for feeling that way, its completely understandable. Their spiky manager won’t get that or care about that though."

"Arsenal fans are currently insufferable. Being honest I don't even want us to get a result against City either, if it stops them winning the League. I think it's quite fitting that the last 2 remaining Clubs to rely on to help give the Title to the Gooners is their bitter north London rivals and little old West Ham from east London."

I'm hoping they lose their last 2 games and the barcodes and the rent boys win theirs so they end up 7th...

With Vexed on this one.. I can understand their predicament up to a point but I suppose its a question of how deep the hatred runs in any one individual. If you would really sacrifice a place in the CL to stop another club winning the title then you may want to talk over your issues with someone qualified. (-: Ideal scenario of course is they beat city tonight and lose their final game while villa win theirs. Not overly fussed if arsenal win the league or not.

"I can understand it to a point, it's pure hatred so the thought of Arsenal winning the league is too much to contemplate. In addition, if they had a real strong chance of making the CL some may think differently, but they could hand the title to Arsenal and likely to end up 5th anyway, so happy to play the percentages. And their own manager has said he's not too hung up on finishing 4th, the EL has new found credibility these days and is still a great comp."

"To be honest if you've got nothing to play for then its sort of OK. For example, am I going to be angry we've lost to Man City if it stops Arsenal winning the league? Nope. I'd almost be a little miffed if we pull a win out of the bag when we least need it. If it was Tottingham I'd be fucking imploring us to lose. Luckily we have Moyes so a loss at city is a forgone conclusion. People should stop telling other fans what they should be thinking, we've found that very tedious with the Moyes saga."
