"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

The Eagles' O line Vs the Dallas D Line is a top contest. Will be interesting to see how it pans out although the Eagles have got an injured left tackle so that won't help. With the Eagles' defence playing well this should be a tight game.

Offence wins games. Defence wins titles.! As the old saying goes. The Steelers have pretty much built their club around defence. 85 Bears are revered because of it. It's the fine margins between stepping up and fucking up on D that decides the outcome of a season.(Same goes for West Ham. Last 2 seasons we have had our best +/- goal difference. And look at the outcome.!) Offensive players get all the headlines. But it's usually the defensive players that make the difference over the season.

"If it's poss to win a Super Bowl with a defence then we have a chance as they are monsters the lot of them. They destroyed Stafford and Jones last week, there will be a lot of QB's spending a week in the ice bath after playing us. Cooper rush nice and steady and finally Pollard getting some snaps that boy has got some serious jets. Looks like him and zeek working in tandem is giving teams real problems. Still a lot of work to do on the offense and was a real worry seeing Parsons limping for half the game but still managed to get two sacks whilst injured the bloke is a complete Freek NFC looks a strong division this year massive game Sunday away to Philly be interesting to see how Hurts stands up against a top three defence"

"Seen a lot of Fish fans wanging on this morning, and late last night, about being down to their third-string QB. They are aware that their second stringer started the game, but was put out of it when Sauce sacked him for a safety? He then fell victim to the (understandably) cautious new concussion protocol. Besides, it was Teddy, who was previously our third stringer. If Miami want to complain about losing QBs, maybe get some better protection first. We've had to improvise with our O-line for months. It's why we had to make do with Flacco for weeks. Vera-Tucker got drafted as a left guard, and so far this season has played in four positions on our offensive line (LG, LT, RG, RT)."

Everybody has injuries - the Jets don't have a single starting tackle who was on the roster when the season started. We've just signed a 37-year-old directly off the injured reserve list - and he went straight into the side at the weekend. So I'm a bit unforgiving on injuries.

"Mate, we've had people who are effectively third stringers for about ten years. Besides, our own QB has only just returned from a knee injury and we had an ancient bloke with knee-knack standing in for him until last week. Fuck the fish. Sideways."

My tight end running for three touchdowns and throwing for another gave 30 plus points for my WHOleague fantasy team. I didn't get any for him returning kicks and throwing the block that iced the game either.

"watching this rivera team is painful. he lets two very good tackles leave and signs two panther has beens that are oveweight, can't run and can't block. he's also got multiple players at centre that can't snap the ball properly üòÇ. the problem is this cսnt has so much power because of the sex pest owner that we're probably stuck with these coaches for a long time yet. season over in early october, by far the worst coached team in the league and without doubt the number one seeds for next springs draft"

Pete Carroll getting Russell Wilson off the wage bill currently looking a decent call. Early days but it's not looking a dream team offense in Denver as was anticipated.

This is one of the worst games of all time. Denver fans heading for the exits in mass after the colts kick a field goal to force overtime. Not even their own fans want to watch

Nutsin 6:53 Wed Oct 5 I would not count on the Saints beating anyone these days. Only the Dirty Birds' superpower of snatching defeat from victory prevents New Orleans from being 0-4.

"Burnsy, Yes top of the west with a 2-0 Division record. We will be 3-2 after this coming week after we beat the Panthers, while you're getting waxed by the Cowboys the Hawks lose at the Saints and the Eagles spank the Cards. I see the Rams losing more than they win this year with their o line play and Stafford choking. I look forward to keeping you posted""¶"
