Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Erdogan speaking about a war between ‘the crescent and the cross’. millions who hate the West being imported by….the West. Large left-wing proportions of the West who also hate…. The West working to file the hatred felt by the newcomers of their new home, and working to bring in unlimited numbers to add to those here already. At the moment they are zoning in on the Jews, anyone who thinks it stops there is an idiot. This is the strange death of death of Europe in action."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"riosleftsock 12:56 Sat Oct 28 Re: Hamas attack Israel That's nonsense, The US rely on Europe to act as a buffer to Russia. Would would they want to weaken Germany when it was the US that built them up in the first place?"

Utter crap as usual bovine. Russia has isolated itself from Europe because it invaded it and threatens the rest of it. The rest is your normal Russian narrative bullshit.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Europe has isolated itself from Russia due to the Ukraine war and following the US state dept demands. Europe is isolating itself from China due to Ukraine war and following the US state dept demands. Europe will isolate itself from most of the middle east dur to Israel/Hamas (US vs Iran) war and following the US State dept demands. Germany (Europe) has basically deindustrialised itself to satisfy the US State department. Most of NATO has demilitarised as well. This is all as a result of US State department policy. Israel is a sideshow.

"Kaiser Zoso 8:28 Fri Oct 27 Trouble (for the US) is that this time any conflict won't stay halfway across the world, well away from their shores. If they trigger an escalation, deliberately or otherwise, they'll wake a lot of sleepers which will then make 9/11 look like a damp squib. Can't mention that though - it's full-on off message."

"Mike I 100% agree with you. The world is largely grey area. I don't know who bombed the hospital. Probably never will. People on Twitter with ""proof"" depending on what their side is, are annoying."

"Roots I was addressing the lgb+ references. The idea that any of THEM are supporting Hamas is nonsense. Lee Trundles response demonstrates again an inability to distinguish Hamas from the average Palestinian. Particularly given 50% of them are children. You're right there were morons supporting Hamas attacks. I'd suggest they were a minority of those protesting, most of whom simply think carpet bombing civilians isn't a proportionate response."

"Mike Oxsaw 7:13 Fri Oct 27 I think you are absolutely right. The desire to have a black or white outcome seems to drive a vast number to attach their personal flag to one side or another in any issue. We are rarely able to 'know' we are correct without direct, first-hand knowledge as a bare minimum. I imagine that some just like going against whatever the mainstream view is as it gives them a sense of being 'special' in some way? A claim to have definitive access to the real truth because of knowledge gained from some unnamed source is a position that immediately discredits the claimant."

"Bungo 5:36 Fri Oct 27 I've never understood why a certain demograph of the population can't live with a ""Don't know"" status on a lot of the world's events. These people probably equally don't know how mobile phones or the internet work, or how social media companies prostitute their personal data for their own financial gain, but will still quite happily accept it without question. I don't know, for instance, for a fact (FACT) whether that blast at a Gaza hospital (car park) was caused by an Israeli strike or a failed rocked launched from Gaza. Imagery released from the site itself suggests it was not an Israeli strike, but I don't know; my life is not adversely affected by the lack of such certainty, but others seem to crave it in black or white."

"Data can be interpreted in a multitude of ways. You may choose to interpret it to make your life better. Only you will really know if that interpretation succeeded. As far as everybody else? They’ll all have differing positions based upon their needs. Or, they might be fucking about. LOL"
Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Mike Oxsaw 5:04 Fri Oct 27 One thing that always puzzles me is that those who proclaim to really know the 'truth', are generally not willing or able to share the sources that provide them with this absolute truth, and how they KNOW that it is the truth and not part of the fake news or propaganda that the rest of us are so susceptible to. Personal, inside knowledge is of course of potentially higher value than general info reported in the media, but this does not often seem to be the basis for those with knowledge of 'the truth'."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
MO ain't that the truth. It's becoming increasingly difficult to.get measured reporting on anything used In a debate on this or many other subjects without someone shouting fake news or propaganda operatives for the other side of the argument.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Lee Trundle 2:39 Fri Oct 27 I must admit that the Alphabet Soup sons & daughters supporting Hamas is a very clear example of how the self-proclaimed persons of above average intelligence can easily be led (by convincing them that everyone else except them are falling for the propaganda of the day). This site is peppered with such posters.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
I just think the narrative that Israel are occupiers of essentially the whole territory means all the demonstrators are just making it all worse. By insisting they are occupiers you're basically saying their country doesnt exist. As there is no other country that is jewish. And because none of the demonstrators has an answer to the idea that a whole country of people is just going to leave and go where?? fuck knows. It's just a bit silly. I think it should be labeled a civil war and dealt with as such. If the county can not be shared it needs to be split and thats it. I think a solution needs to be imposed rather than agreed upon. UN needs to be deployed to keep the peace and separate the sides.
