Had enough of this arogrant no mark now.
11 games, 27% win ratio and 0.66 goals per game.
Either the break clause is true or this flake quits otherwise were proper fucked.

Luckily we have this 18 month clause so if he doesn't improve us by the end of next season we can sack him without compo.
I recon we'll be lower to mid table again next season so he'll be gone.

It was pretty obvious under Jlop that it wasnt going to last very long and he was the wrong guy.
At the moment I feel like it's leaning towards that again with Potter rather than the resurgence we see when Moyes first came in.
I thought he was/is a brilliant coach who would get an improvement out of many individuals in the squad but not seen it so far. Saturday was like Jlop, pick an awful starting 11 who play shit first half then raft of subs and save it in the second half
People saying wait for the summer etc.....but if he can't get an improvement out of this squad which on paper is packed with talent then why give him the summer and many millions to spend?

What worried me against Bournemouth was that, although we looked generally competitive, how fucking long it took us to have a proper chance. I am tyring to gauge what's worse, under Moyes just sitting back and playing with 30% possession and having only a few chances per game, or under Potter having most of the possession and having only a few chances per game. Both are infuriating.

I really want him to work out here but I think he has actually made us worse. We are not getting the 4 nil pastings anymore but it doesn't look like we can get a result of any kind at the moment
Couldn’t agree more - bring back Davey boy
There is no going back and we cant just keep binning managers because they haven't turned us into CL contenders overnight. The second half today and the second half against Wolves showed we are improving and transitioning from the Moyes low block style and trying to press a bit more and having more possession. Now, we don't have the dynamism and pace in midfield to move the ball forward as the first half showed. This quad is self limiting and he needs to target the right players over the summer.
I will judge Potter after the summer window.

Promising signs.
Ange out.
Better showing this game. Fullkrig looking like height fit in, still early but he played well.
The free kick that lead to their second was never a foul.
let alone a yellow card, that needs to be rescinded. I thought the ref was inconsistent, he had a poor game.
Scarles disappointing again, Paqueta was once again a liability, Kudus form is worrying.
Not very impressive but at least we didn’t lose.

The Spurs fans out in force today I see.

Last chance saloon for this brummie mong today.
If we get turned over by out-of-form Bournemouth, he fully deserves the tin tack.

The remaining games might be frustrating, as we are waiting to see what happens in the summer, and it's true that they ain't important as far as the table is concerned, but I don't think it will be boring. It's intriguing to see how Potter does in the remaining games, particularly now he's coming under some pressure.

I hope they hang on. We could do with an exciting and meaningful game. Most boring season ever.
Is a bit like that in it! As much as i wouldn't want to see us in a relegation scrap and every game really matters at least it makes it interesting and you're looking forward to and sweating on every game, ecstatic when we win and gutted when we lose, currently we have nothing to be excited about and nothing to be worried about either, except farfetched mathematical what ifs, a few however do seem to think Ipswich can do a Roy of the Rovers while we fall off a Cliff

.

And Ipswich won last night, if that starts a bit of momentum for them this cսnt could well be taking us to Portman Road last day of the season fighting for survival.
He could yet relegate us.
Ha ha you have gotta be joking
Another doom and gloom laughable post as Ipswich have only won 4 games in the league and even if they win 4 more which is half of the games they have left they would still be 2 points off us,that's if we don't pick up anymore points, after they play their must win game against Wolves they have Chelsea,Arsenal and Newcastle
l reckon they will be down by end of April

Just seen Gonzo saying he’s heard from the club that the DOF idea has been abandoned. Of course, Sullivan implemented it in a half arsed style with Steidten. He was a Tech Director, did not recruit all the players and had no experience as a DOF either. Almost like he didnt want a DOF and wanted it to fail?
So Macaulay will identify young prospects, approved by Potter, and Sullivan will do the negotiations to go get them. What could go wrong?
