"Just finished The Killing liked it a lot but not really the last season as much. Breaking Bad, Homeland done Was going to do Luther or The Wire next - can you tell me which one is best of the two?"

"I started watching the second series of Euphoria. It’s pretty good, but they do have an unhealthy obsession with showing cocks."

"I think I'm going to have to give Gomorrah a go. I've seen it recommended here too many times. Unfortunately I might have to watch it with dubbing, as I'll probably watch this last thing at night, and I found with Squid Games that I tended to nod off if I was having to read too much at that time of night."

"Gomorrah is a masterpiece. I'm not gutted it's ended though, as it was the right time, can't go on forever, and now we are left with the legacy. For anyone who hasn't seen it, wtf are you doing?? Btw, the pressure is on for ted now, he can't really now come back and see he thinks it's shit :-)"

"I wish I could take the credit Ted, sometimes you see/watch/hear something that just evokes such emotions and Gomorrah certainly fits that bill. Their ability to make you genuinely care about anti-heroes who are just horrendous humans is a testament to the writing and acting. Gonna go back and watch them all from the start again, always pick up so much more the second time round."

"Watched Gommorah since it started and excitedly awaited each season as they approached. Just finished the final season and wasn't disappointed, one of the best things I've ever seen, heart breaking, exhilarating, brutal and raw. The subtitles add to it as hearing the characters speak in Italian just adds to the authenticity of it, if it were dubbed I dont think I'd bother and it wouldn't be half the show it is. Absolutely gutted that its over but what an ending, couldn't really finish any other way but that didn't stop it still being hugely emotional and moving when the curtain did finally come down, no spoilers as people really should watch this genius piece of television."

I thought Russian Doll was ridiculous. I 'recommend' folk don't watch it.

Gomorrah is fucking brilliant. Brutal but brilliant. Agee with Manuel probably the best thing I’ve seen as well. A lot of people get put off by subtitles which is a shame because they’re missing out.

Watched all of station eleven and all that early promise disappears when they start flying backwards and forwards and some strange interactions. Doesn’t know what type of series it wants to be but has just enough to keep you from giving up

"Dan M mentioned it previously, but Station Eleven has started well - am three episodes in and enjoying it.. Will only be nine episodes in total, but so far seems to be another’s HBO effort worth your time. Those global pandemics eh…"

Side - Sure. It still amazes me that if there is only a very small doubt about someone then a decision is made. Brutal.

Yes I did that Manuel on the first few series especially with the scenery being so grim like on our inner London estates and kids being used etc. I am still reflecting on it now it’s ended but just loved being immersed in it’s story.

Manuel. I usually steam through a series but I'm going to watch Gomorrah 5 one at a time. Want to drag it out seeing as they'll be no more.

Side - I find myself sitting and reflecting on what I just watched after each episode. I can't watch an episode immediately after the other even if I wanted to and had the time. The score is superb too.
