"I remember being in The Shed in 83 swinging punches, put at least two of the cunts down, but ended up getting nicked and doing a bit of community service. Those were the days."

"Looking back the seventies and eighties were quite hairy at times but enjoyable. I was at Tottenham when our gameup north was cancelled and ended up next to the shelf watching them take on Liverpool,"

I took the home end at Southend single handed once. Punched a bloke in the back of the head so hard his eyes fell out. It made someone else projectile vomit and everyone else spilled on to the pitch to get away and the game got abandoned. Said to be the worst violence at an under 12’s match ever. IRONS

"What if it was a time when a part timer had decided they wouldn't be there at that particular time, what with them being part timers? You wouldn't be able to spot them a mile off then would you?"

"Fifth, weren't it just a striped jumper rather than a full on fancy dress bumblebee costume. Has anyone got a link to the historic thread, that would be well worth a read for a laugh or has it been archived never to be seen again."

goose 11:09 Mon Oct 16 Re: Taking Home Ends I have a great story about a West Ham legend who ‘took’ Stansted Airport dressed as a bumblebee. When I say ‘took’ I mean wandered around aimlessly in search of his imaginary online date. Goose - I remember the Stansted story but didn't remember anything about a bumblebee? Do you mean literally dressed as a bumblebee like fancy dress?
