Kretinsky is buying Sullivan's stake isn't he? That's of he wants to buy it. I presume they are selling to raise cash and then hope that if someone does come in to buy then the price of the remaining shares will go up in value.

Haven't read the link but if our Czech friend doesn't buy it then presumably he isn't interested in taking over control.
