Divin Mubama
"You have definitely got to feel sorry for the lad. He had a great pre season, looked like he had finally broken through and was going to be a solid option for Moyes and the potential to save the club millions on buying a striker. Moyes said he wanted him to stay and I have it on good authority that he was wanted by Gillingham on a season long loan as they were on the look out for a young striker who was able to be a big part of their team. Neil Harris at the time saw him as a good option and was more than happy to give him first team football. Divin wanted the move but Moyes vetoed it. Now he sits there on the bench not getting a sniff at any football, another one Moyes has wasted and no doubt he will get a chance in an upcoming game, probably not take his chance due to match fitness and then Moyes will look vindicated in not picking him, not picking up on the fact that he would need a few games to get up to speed, but once he does inhave no doubt that he is the natural replacement for Antonio and should be coming off the bench when we are chasing the game rather than Danny fucking Ings."
Re: Divin Mubama
Then after more badgering from you and Snide of Ham I posted this which is what you quoted from but left most of it out… This is what makes you a complete lying fraud… “ Willtell 1:51 Wed Nov 15 Re: Divin Mubama goose Where did I judge Mubama goose? I didn't did I? I merely pointed out to daveyg that in spite of what he said about him showing tremendous promise he failed badly in the pre-season friendly against Leverkusen. What I watched was embarrassing for the lad and was very disappointing to me that had high hopes we had found a decent young striker. That doesn't mean he won't make it as Leverkusen are top of the Bundesliga. We lost the game 4-0 and Mubama got taken off at half time. Doesn't mean that he isn't going to make it. Just means he's not quite as ready as most fans think.”
Re: Divin Mubama
"In response to your further badgering I said this - “ Willtell 7:23 Sun Nov 5 Re: Divin Mubama What are you talking about? When did I ""brand him useless?"" I didn't did I? What are you desperately trying to prove goose? I'm pretty sure now that it wasn't in the Europa but against Leverkusen in the pre-season 4-0 friendly defeat. Mubama started and had a very bad time of it that I remember. Mubama was taken off at half time and replaced by Antonio. He's had little to nothing since iirc?"
Re: Divin Mubama
In response to your badgering I then posted this - ‚Äú Willtell 4:06 Sun Nov 5 Re: Divin Mubama goose The one goal Mubama scored was from a sun appearance and I recall it was a tap in but I was delighted for him. I looked forward to seeing him start in a game and I watched for his performance. He didn‚Äôt score by the way. But even if he did that doesn‚Äôt mean his overall game wasn‚Äôt disappointing because I‚Äôm sure it was but only going from memory. Moyes has not played him since and I can‚Äôt help but feel Moyes has lost faith in him. Maybe there‚Äôs more to it and the contract demands suggest that too. Of course I‚Äôm open to the idea that Moyes is a know nothing cսnt but it is possible Mubama has lost his way. If he showed as much promise in training since that game surely Moyes would have played him rather than Ings?‚Äù
Re: Divin Mubama
Here’s my original post- “ Willtell 1:51 Sun Nov 5 Re: Divin Mubama The problem is that when we did give Mubama a start he was pretty useless against one of the Europa teams. He is most effective coming on for 10 - 15 minutes to gain some confidence though.”
Re: Divin Mubama
The way you interpret whatever I say you’ll be quoting me as saying Paqueta is a pile of shit next…
Re: Divin Mubama
goose Stop making straw man arguments for once in your life. I’ve always been complimentary about Mubama if you quote the whole posts. I saw his ineffectiveness in the 4-0 defeat to Leverkusen where he was terrible. I saw Paqueta yesterday and he was terrible too. That doesn’t mean they are terrible players and you know it so stop lying you wanker!

Re: Divin Mubama
Watched his post game interview after the game and he seems to be a very down to earth good lad who just wants to play games. If he can't get them for us then i hope he goes somewhere and gets the game time he wants. But hopefully after yesterday Moyes feels he should now move infront of Ings who just gives us nothing

Re: Divin Mubama
Mubama is only 19 remember but most fans would rather see a kid of our own trying hard than a past it pro struggling along at a club with big ambitions. It’s further proof how out of touch Moyes is.

"Claypole - Yea good observation that, that was one thing with Carroll he rarely moved towards the near post. Sadly, I'm not sure this kid is going to make it in the PL, but would love to be proved wrong."

Re: Divin Mubama
Due to Moyes’s shit set up until we go a goal down If I were Mubama I would not look to start games under Moyes but just wait to go a goal behind so the tactics start to favour his strengths…..he’ll get ruined like the previous strikers otherwise…..that then invites Willwall to have his usual dickhead views….
Re: Divin Mubama
I’ve just watched MOTD recording and Mubama was obviously intent on making the point he wanted more game time. Let’s hope Moyes lets him have it. Sir Alf I agree that Mubama has a great chance if Moyes doesn’t hold him back again…
Re: Divin Mubama
I said Mubama had a bad starting game against Leverkusen as an explanation for why Moyes wasn’t picking him. You’ve tried to twist that into me branding him as useless which is a complete lie. You have form for doing it repeatedly with posters you don’t like. Fuck off and bother someone else but carry on with having the last word…
Re: Divin Mubama
"My opinion ( maybe right, maybe wrong, time will tell ) is that Mubama yesterday showed enough to be given more opportunities. It takes a new player to the Premiership time to adjust sometimes as even the likes of Paqueta took a while. Some click right away. Mubama showed a good work ethic but will need to build strength, learn he has less time than he’s used to but he looked decent in the air and made the correct runs to get on the end of things which ultimately led to the equaliser. He might be good enough, he might not and it will become evident if he gets the minutes he needs to assess that properly. I don’t trust Moyes to do that personally but we shall see"
Re: Divin Mubama
Fuck off you liar. My views on Mubama are shown by what I said in the post below from 10 days ago. What’s it like to be a phoney?
