"When the fixtures came out last summer, how many of us looked at the first game of the season and then immediately at the last? And did you also, like me, wonder what, if any, significance the last game might have? Well, here we are and the significance is massive – thankfully not for us, but for the final shape of the table. Assuming Arsenal, currently in second spot, beat Everton – a reasonable assumption – our game at the Etihad becomes the only fixture of any importance. It is also a reasonable assumption that City will tear us a new one, so let’s not kid ourselves otherwise. The last day of the Moyes era gives way to the J-Lo epoch. What do you wish for? All games kick off at 4.00pm. Next season begins on Saturday 17 August. Fixtures will be released at 9.00am on Tuesday 18 June. ¡Hasta luego! ARSENAL vs EVERTON Home win. BRENTFORD vs NEWCASTLE UNITED Away win. BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION vs MANCHESTER UNITED Draw. BURNLEY vs NOTTINGHAM FOREST Home win. CHELSEA vs BOURNEMOUTH Home win. CRYSTAL PALACE vs ASTON VILLA Draw. LIVERPOOL vs WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS Home win. Auf wiedersehen, Klopp. LUTON TOWN vs FULHAM Draw. MANCHESTER CITY vs WEST HAM UNITED Away win, SHEFFIELD UNITED vs TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR Away win."

"''Well, here we are and the significance is massive – thankfully not for us'' Coffee - Are you implying that we may have been fighting for our life's today? if not, I'm not sure why it's a good thing that today has no significance for us, I was hoping we'd be fighting for a European spot."

"Great work again Coffee, thanks for the season long effort. Are you applying for the match day thread vacancy following CF's retirement? :-) Think the best thing we have to look forward today us the massive relief when the final whistle blows which will signal the departure of Moyes. All eyes on the Euros next."

"West Ham have failed to keep a clean sheet in their past 17 league outings, their worst run since they went 24 matches without a shutout in 2008. We're going to need to score at least two goals if we're going to win this one Stranger things Thanks for your wisdom this season Coffee, great work as always"

"Cheers Coffee, and thanks for the season long effort. Yeah, if we go a couple down, this will turn into a damp squib of a day, despite any effort by Sky to big it up. It's a season, I'm actually glad to see the end if."
