Post El Scorchio »

Which is better? Straight up 50/50 choice with no other biscuits in the mix. What are you picking? Bourbons for me.

"Don't know about having a thing for them, but I do like Jaffa Cakes a lot and can quite easily devour a whole packet in one go. Do you think the new signings like Bourbon creams? I've been following the new signings without professing an intimate knowledge of them. But if what those ITK say about them, things are looking better than they have for a long time."

"Nonsense?? What discussing the clubs comings and goings, among other things like the UK situation, instead of ignoring all threads but just piping up to talk about biscuits? How very strange. You have a thing a thing about jaffa cakes, don't you. They're OK, but a bit dry, if you can find them that is!"

"Since there are now many different manufacturers of both, the question isn't so simple. The best of Bourbons beats the best of Custards, and the worst of Bourbons beats the worst of Custards. But the best of Custards beats the worst of Bourbons. But I eat these biscuits so rarely I can't remember who makes the best"

Neither. Both belong in the 1970s. Eat with a cup of milky tea while watching Z Cars and Nationwide.
