Regardless of the result I'll be happy to just see some sort of organisation and the front 3 looking dangerous for more than just fleeting moments.

Billy - Yea, the respect and admire line seems to be the usual one that's trotted out with these things, not for me, but I suppose that comes over as being edgy/contrary. I might admire some people in certain walks of life, but not people that choose to go and watch a game of football. Suspect most just see it as a beano and a day/night out in Liverpool, especially after last season there in the same competition.

Anyway, hopefully they will get a miracle and then see us draw Arsenal or City away in the next round

Yes,6,000 on a damp chilly night to watch a game that we're 'meant' to lose is pretty fucking mind blowing,utmost respect and admiration to each and every one of them. Just not for me any more but if only for the sake of those travelling up there, I hope they get plenty to cheer about.

Broadly agree with what you say, hopefully this was a one off how they did the last draw due to the new format in the CL.

The draw is practically rigged to protect the 'bigger' clubs so it can't be taken seriously. The likes of us are being given the message that it'll be preferred if we go out at the hands of a 'big' club to protect the stature of the competition. 
Fuck em, they can keep it. Wont be long before the FA cup goes the same way, the game is dying, its just become a money making exercise now so no, not for me.

Watching this from sunny Majorca, a jaw dropping 1-3 and giving the dippers out there a cunting to boot

Hard up there even when in previous seasons when we have been playing well or in form.

1 win in 50 years or whatever it is at Anfield?  So its almost certain to he a defeat unfortunately.

I will be lookimg for improvement. Better defensive organisation and tactics with players able to do their jobs so at least the Bin Dippers feel like they had a game. 

And as others say, with who is left in the competition and what appears a desire by the organisers to ensure the rich clubs get to the latter stages, our reward of an unlikely win would be an away draw to one of City, Arsenal, Spurs etc anyway.

Just some semblance of organisation and understanding like a proper team should have would be a win gor me.
