Moyes kept his job because he won that trophy, otherwise he was gone. Our league form was awful that season. Same for January onwards the following season. Across a two year period the league form just wasn’t good enough. And the problem was the number of goals conceded. Simple.

Not one person on here wanted Lopetegui. I’ve been generally supportive of him because he’s our manager, but the first 15 games simply haven’t been good enough. If you’re happy with mediocrity then that’s your problem.
