The concern is that now he might think that to get a regular spot in the England squad that he has to move to a " bigger " club.
I think the rest will do him good but in the back of his mind there must be a doubt that moving clubs is the best option for him.

Another very average squad from the GermanÂ
Obviously Bowen should be in but not unhappy to see him get a proper break & come back fresh for preseasonÂ
Will have to be as he has another big season coming up carrying the team on his back
England have enough players to challenge for the World Cup but the German is picking some no marks & Pep is contributing by neutralising the likes of Grealish & Foden by turning them into dull robotsÂ

Yeah really not sure how that defence will cope against the mighty Andorra.
And you think that suddenly gets better once we play the likes of France, Spain or Argentina?

Bowen's had a better season than Cole Palmer. Â

Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dan Burn, Trevoh Chalobah, Levi Colwill, Reece James, Ezri Konsa, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Kyle Walker
Our defence looks awful.

Noni Mandueke??? who is Tuchel trying to kid here?
Mandueke has scored 7 league goals, 3 of which were a hat-trick in August.Â
In the calendar year he has 2 goals and 1 assist.
Bowen has 7 goals and 4 assists.
I can't even be bothered to talk about the likes of Henderson and Walker............
England will never win anything.

The only Englishmen that have scored more than him, in the league, are Watkins and Cole.
Considering how shit we are, I think it's a little harsh not to include him.
I only ever get excited about England during the majors, so I hope there's a WHU player there when the world cup comes along.

Sounds like Bowen can book his honeymoon then.
12 goals in a shit team not enough. That’s a pretty unlikeable squad - players like Bellingham and Alexander Arnold are very arrogant and entitled.

It's becoming evident that Bowen needs to join a bigger club to further his England career.

Toney's a lucky boy to fuck off for the money and still get in.
Let's not forget we use to say we didn't want our players getting called up?

Jordan fucking Henderson
Dan fucking Burn
Couple of Chelsea player pretty questionably in there.
That's harsh on Bowen, although admittedly Eze was better than him last time England played, when he came on as a sub. Bowen is far too unselfish for England, to his own detriment.

Nothing against Tuchel but do think managers should have to comply with the same qualification requirements as players
At least for countries within the top 100 of nations
That said which Englishman would get it given Eddie Howe didn’t want it?
Potter & Howe are the only English managers in the Premier league which is remarkable. And embarrassingÂ

Saying something when I don't even know who a few me them are! Baffled at recalling Henderson, I thought he had retired! May as well give Beckham a call. Picking injury prone Reece James and that Skelly lad who has looked a liability every time i've seen him and not given AWB a go is harsh. On the plus side I suspect Cresswell has a chance of a call up next time around!

Judged on that squad selection you’d have to say Tuchel is clueless and looks like the next England supremo that will fail. Lets hope it was just for continuity. I reckon the U21s could give the senior squad a good game.
German managing England? Me grandad and nan will be turning in their graves, what with the Jerries bombing our chip shop etc etc
I watched him pretty close in his time at Bayern, some interesting decisions there and Vincent Kompany has been a huge upgrade (let that sink in).
At least I have another team to cheer for at World Cups these days.Â
